I’ve been coming here since 1985, and while I haven’t lived in Nyack for ages I still drop in as often as I can (one slice with extra cheese, one with anchovies, still miss the RC Cola!). Tarantella pretty much defines New York style pizza for me. Glad to see they’re still going strong after almost every other Main street mainstay from back then has changed.

If there is such a thing as a perfect Pizza , you can get it here! There are so many other offerings as well, too bad that we were just heading through town. The pizza crust was cooked to perfection, there’s a large selection of bottled wine and beer… The cannoli was a little sweet for our taste , but again sweet , hot, and hot are all personal variables. The espresso was straight from italy, so make sure to get that to cut the sweetness of the cannoli 🙂

Ordered food for my staff from this place and was charged 120 for what you see. They were told it was to feed 4 staff members and suggested a half tray. We recieved this with most of the Alfredo sauce out of the container. When we called to ask for it to be picked up for a refund we were told that we were playing games. I’d never order from here again. The person who called back to speak barely listened and over talked me the entire time. He seems like maybe he should be retired, maybe he doesn’t have the patients for customer service anymore.

I’ve been coming to Tarantella’s for over 25 years, and it still hits!! It was a pleasure to see the son, Marty! He suggested the Grandma slice, which I am still tasting 15 minutes later! Always love coming here.
