My husband and I have ordered from here just about every Friday for lunch for over 3 years and have never been disappointed. The hot green salsa is almost nostalgic at this point and we order a bucket to last us through the weekend. Something as basic as a taco salad shouldn’t be so darn delicious, but somehow they make it crave worthy! We’ve tried several menu items, but our go-to has become the Friday taco salad special. Staff has always been incredibly kind and happy to serve. Will continue supporting local with the great food and service that Tarahumara’s provides each and every time.

Just stopped in for lunch date with the wife and this place far exceeded my expectations. I knew it was going to be good I’ve eaten at the other location in strawberry hill but wow delicious!!! I had the asada torta and my wife had a chicken burrito. They might have the best horchata in the city too. The staff was very friendly and we will definitely be back for more. If you love authentic Mexican cuisine you found it here.

This is a phenomenal diamond in the rough. This family owned restaurant has perfected their recipes. The portions are generous. You may have to wait as items are made to order. Definitely try the tamales as well. I took home a dozen with the spicy (it was) sauce and was delighted along with my family

Good food, good portions – the atmosphere is a bit rustic for some – I personally didn’t mind it one bit. No public restroom – small parking area, and small dining area are the downticks. It does have a drive through window, the staff is pleasant and the flavors and seasonings are delicious.

I can’t say enough great things about this restaurant. If you’re looking for a truly authentic place to eat some amazing Mexican food, this is the place. They’ve got a small dining area with outdoor seating. The staff is friendly. The food was extremely tasty. I got the Bean Burrito combo. The hot sauce was very spicy but had a great flavor. Would recommend this highly.

Quaint but vibrant Mexican restaurant. The food is fresh and flavorful. The staff is welcoming. The dining area is clean and festive. The menu is full of options so it’s easy to find something you’ll enjoy. I’d recommend the churros as a desert if you have room left over!
