Michael and Katie were great. The hotel was empty, and so the restaurant was
too, so I had their undivided attention, but they made it feel like home on a Sunday afternoon. No hovering, but attentive and accommodating. Immaculate vibes.

Service was great. Cocktails are really creative, never have I ever had a martini with pomegranate. Food doesn’t miss, I could smell my pork belly ramen bowl as soon as they brought it out. 10/10. I know I’ll be back

The food here is AMAZING!! However, there are 3 people currently working and we are the ONLY people at the bar, 1 person at a table. 2 employees are on their phone. My husband waited for 15 minutes with an empty glass. We had to get our own napkins for the meal and I had to get my own straw for my second drink. At the end we waited 20 minutes for the bill when we were all done. The only reason we were done is because again no one came to refill our drinks…..

Wings are fantastic, recommend the Caribbean wet sauce. The Million Dollar Margarita is delicious- don’t forget the salt.
Free parking, full service bar, full menu, plenty of seating, excellent prices, and plenty of seating. I would highly recommend keeping the Sheraton Tara House Grill on your list as a convenient stop to enjoy an evening.
Make sure you round out your visit with a warm piece of Pecan pie.

The bartender working the weekend I stayed here for my friends wedding was extremely rude. 9/30 and 9/31. Our first night here we wanted to order food to bring to the room so my friends and I went down to the restaurant and we’re standing right in front of the bartender and we’re not greeted, no smile or anything, just messing around with a stapler and talking to another employee, eventually my friend interrupts her and asks to order food to go and the bartender said she needs to see her ID. My friend left it up in the room and she said she can’t serve her without an ID… for food, to go… we’re all 33 by the way. After a little bit of a discussion and explanation she let us order. The next night I go with my boyfriend and order a drink and she says only soda and water after opening a beer for the guy right next to me. I’ve also heard multiple other rude things she said to other guests but since I didn’t hear it directly I won’t mention it. Please if you don’t like your job or don’t like dealing with the public, go somewhere else.

I’m sure normally this is a very nice hotel grill, however we were there for Kidsconne and they completely failed to pivot for such an event even though then menus handed out said kidconne menu. No indicators that it was seat yourself. Maybe 20 table plus a bar; staff was 2 servers, a bartender, and I think a manager. A tall Nathan Lane looking dude showed up to help later on to help run food plus another lady that help clear table, after the were like 6 large table that needed to be cleared. I felt bad for the 2 servers. The manager didn’t seem like he knew where he was going half the time. We had to wave down one of the servers after 40 minutes because people that came after us were being waited on. Took almost another hour to get our food. My 4 year olds juice came in steamless wine glass, no straw. We there for 2 hours during an event that was going on for 6 hours.

We had an impromptu “rehearsal dinner” here with about 15 people. The staff was so helpful and patient with our group! The drinks were fantastic and the food was tasty too.
