I ordered the carne asada tacos ! Absolutely delicious and tastes very authentic. The rice is pretty good but not the best I’ve ever had. The salsa verde is chefs kiss! I would definitely come back and I think I’ve found a new taco place!

Based on what I ordered the food was not authentic at all! Chicken pupusas were horrible, big chunks of chicken and seasoned with a lot of black pepper. Birria was nothing but greasy and unseasoned.

Fantastic authentic Mexican restaurant! Staff is wonderful and this place was packed on a Monday at 2:30pm. They have everything you want from tradition Mexican food cooked to perfection with a slight crisp but not overdone. The refried beans were amazing and the Spanish rice could use a little more flavour and some vegetables in them but over it was great! I think they make their own corn tortillas here which were thick and did not break when folding! Definitely some of the best Mexican in Cary! They also sell Mexican candies and snacks at the register.

My favorite Mexican restaurant in Cary, and I say that as a San Diego native. Love the tacos, and the beans are awesome. Everything else I’ve tried has been great. The servers are always wonderful and attentive.
Concerning the noise level, sometimes the music gets a little loud, but that hasn’t happened lately.

i ordered 2 chicken quesadillas. when picking up my order they only gave me one and then set a new order for my second to be made. the second order had no chicken nor the sides as soon in the picture. they also gave me an attitude when i asked for what i ordered. its not like i asked for no rice and they gave me rice. i ordered 2 plates and got one but was met with poor service and lack luster food

Very delicious birria tacos. Came with chopped jalapeños onions and cilantro and two sauces. Very delicious and I got it take out and was still freshly hot when I got to my house. The broth is delicious . Very friendly staff and cozy atmosphere.

We ordered to-go steak and carnitas tacos the day before and they were REALLY good. Tortillas were hand made on the spot and the meat was flavorful and cooked very well. The salsas provided were also very good.
We went back the next day and dined in. They have a couple tables and chairs outside the entrance if you want to eat outdoors. Inside is kept well and clean. They have small, single persons bathrooms.
The chips were good, salsas were good.
The kids grilled chicken and rice was delicious.
I was a little disappointed with the steak this time. It wasn’t cooked like the one from the prior day.
ACP (grilled chicken and rice with cheese was good.
Tortillas were fresh, hand made.
If you order beans, they only have the black beans.

This is one of our favorite restaurants, and this time when we got delivery there were some adorable pictures drawn on our containers!! It really brightened my day. The food is always delicious and I really recommend their birria tacos.
