Our lunch specials were amazing and so delicious! The portions were generous. I ate too much but I couldn’t help myself ! Our server was attentive and so nice . $6.75 for a lunch is a blast from the past !

Food is always good, the service and customer service not so much. We’ve been here several times and it’s one of the most delicious spots, so we started ordering to go, because when we do eat in, we go without drinks being refilled or waitresses acting annoyed that we’re asking for something.
The to-go thing was working well until tonight paid $8 for a cheese dip and this is what we got, white rice wrapped in plastic. When I called to let them know after my husband drove 45 mins home, I was told that “she definitely packed the cheese dip” and “maybe the door dasher took it” ??? (We orders online thru door dash, not had it delivered).
So from now on, we will stand at the take out and check everything in front of them so that they don’t accuse my husband (the dasher ) of stealing the cheese dip he paid for.
Advice from me, have the staff go thru some customer service training. I’m not one to usually write negative light reviews (never did the other times we had bad service there) but accusing someone of theft when your staff didn’t do their job. An I’m sorry would have been sufficient.

Serving a sampling of their ceviche, along with chips and salsa, when you are seated is a nice touch. Some Mexican restaurants can be so heavy with cheese and salt drowning out everything. Not here! The flavors were clean, fresh with depth in seasoning and citrus notes. Someone had a birthday and what a contagious fiesta that was! Fun, festive, lively vibe. We will be back.

I have three Hispanic friends from three different regions. They each were able to share something different and exciting that they weren’t aware of about each other.
Having Hispanic friends is teaching me about the cultural differences in Hispanic cuisine and celebrations. I love learning from them and about them. If only I can get the language quicker…
I must say their birthday song and celebration was so exciting and vibrant. I want to come back every week just to experience that! Every week I’ll have a birthday!!!

On the outside it doesn’t look like much, and when you walk in, it can seem very small, but the staff was very friendly from start to finish! We came with a larger crowd and that can be overwhelming, but they handled it with ease! I was very impressed. Being that we had a large group it took a little longer for our fiod, but of course as a baseball team we expected that. Music was fun, the birthday celebrations are the most amazing restaurant birthday ever! Lights flash, music plays, lights up masks! It was a show to watch. We will absolutely be coming to this restaurant whenever we come to Dothan!

This is hands down my favorite restaurant, the staff is amazing and attentive the food is incredible! The place is just great I love the atmosphere! We got the birria tacos and the chilaquiles my go to ❤️ the sea food mocajete was phenomenal! I love the presentation of everything!! If you haven’t been well what are you waiting for!

The birria quesadillas were the best I’ve had yet. I’ve been looking for good birria for a long time, but it’s usually bland/flavorless. You could see the chunks of meat and flavor in the dipping cup. The steak tacos and queso were also really good. I ordered online,so I can’t comment much on the atmosphere.

This was my first time visiting. The food was good overall (around an 8/10), but the service experience was inconsistent. During one visit, there were a few issues: the water tasted salty from the machine, I was given flour tortillas instead of corn, and the beer wasn’t cold. At the end, the lady kindly fixed the tortillas without charging, which I appreciated.
On a second visit, I asked about the lunch menu at the front counter without even sitting down. The staff member who assisted me, Dennis, responded in a mocking and unprofessional manner, which made me uncomfortable, so I decided to leave. I’m not someone who usually complains, but the customer service experience would prevent me from returning, even though the food itself was fine.

This place is so cool. I mean great food, great service. Huge portion size. Great for a party because they have huge margarita towers, seafood towers, chiro carts… So fun for a birthday celebration…
