So glad I found this place! Carne asada, chorizo, pastor tacos and a tamale, all delicious. I dressed them up with their open salsa bar. Great prices too. They have a buffet but I haven’t tried it yet.

If your after flavor this is it. It’s a Mexican mom and pop shop. Beautiful authentic flavors. Usually has a few items on display you can buy if you wish. It’s all good, but the tacos are amazing. Try adobada flavor or of your not afraid of oily meat chorizo. we grab a cold soda before we check out and go. You can sit in as well. They close at 6pm and go on holiday occasionally.

First off if you want a legit street tacos this local trip to Mexico is well worth every penny! The shredded pork tacos the tortas the tamales I mean everything is amazing the inside isn’t like immaculate or anything but their food I would travel for! The carne asada (tacos and two burritos) was very inconsistent–some tender, but also some large pieces of gristle. The two burritos were very inconsistent in the amount of beans, rice, and meat. The meat itself really had no taste.
The service was great, the atmosphere as expected from a taqueria. I wish that the flavor of the food matched the expectation. I won’t make the effort to come here again, as I live 40+ miles away…

Most of the food was very delicious and traditional. Had a couple of things that weren’t my favorite, but the salsas were very fresh, the tortillas were hot and fresh, and there was a wide range delicious dishes that were familiar, and a few I hadn’t had before.
Will be back if I’m in the area. It definitely qualifies as a “hole in the wall.”

Really fantastic, very authentic street food. I’m vegetarian and the menu is very meat-centric as you’d expect, but I got a burrito with beans, cheese, rice, avocado, etc. It was delicious and roughly the size of my head lol. And I happily ate the entire thing. My husband had the carne asada plate and made yummy sounds throughout the entire meal. He said it was amazing. All in all, we’re definitely coming back!

Went there Sunday and ordered carnitas which were the best I’ve had hands down and then ordered chicharrones which were old and cold and burnt bad and the younger gentleman was very rude and not liking his job from his attitude and face but other then that I love this place reminds me of Mexico

Absolutely AMAZING !! i was kind of skeptical at first usually Mexican restaurants in missouri is a hit or a miss. Let me tell you THIS WAS A GRAND SLAM! I bought the gorditas tastes just like my mom used to make them! Definitely recommend !!

I don’t honestly understand the good reviews of this place. But I was excited. I am from the west, so…. 12.99 (not 9.99 as advertised) for the buffet, ok. I blame the cough. But My bad as the buffet looked disgusting. Why did I do it? I was hoping for taste. Absolutely worse than what it looked. A bottle of water with it if you ask. No refills. Old boiled meats in various types of disgusting sauces. Dried cooked rice. Other nasties. This is NOT good Mexican food.
1.2 out of 5. The corn tortillas were edible. Glad I had a can of apricots in my vehicle after. Otherwise I wouldn’t have had anything decent for lunch that day. No joke. I really question most of these reviews. Are they actually real? 1 star, I lived through it.
