First time trying. The asada tacos were ok, could use some more flavor in the steak itself. The birria was amazing, some of the best I’ve had around here and the only reason this is not a one star review. But pictured is the completely RAW chicharron that was in our quesadilla. I’m completely shocked and don’t understand how you can just throw in raw food into a tortilla and serve it.
Reply to owners comment: chicharron is fried and crunchy. The pictures show chewy uncooked pieces. I was served raw food from your establishment. Which is pretty clear in the picture. Instead of telling me I’m wrong, try fixing the problem.

This is a simple taco truck behind a gas station, and the food is delicious. We got 3 quesabirria and 3 empanadas, things my elderly parents have never tried, and they loved them. They have outside seating under a tent, which is cute but not for me, personally, in the summer heat. I’ll try that in the fall and winter. The employees were cheerful and friendly, and the food was made fresh to order. I’ll definitely come back the next time I’m visiting Pcola.

Today, My wife and I went here again. We got two steak burritos.
Once again, they were great. Very generous servings and very good quality fresh ingredients.
There are many choices of food here and it is very authenticly Mexican, not Taco Bell type stuff.
I would recommend this place to anyone that loves great Mexican food. Thank You for My dinner!
