I have only ever heard good things about this place and they weren’t wrong. Authentic Mexican food at a reasonable price. The Tacos Birria were phenomenal! The service is always quick and friendly and everything I have tried has been amazing. Great local spot that deserves more recognition for amazing food.

This place is really a food truck business that has opened a physical location.

The service was very good and they are nice folks. But the food quality wasnt all that great.

For instance, the nachos have fresh made tortilla chips with good toppings, but they use tub cheese wiz (the stuff that comes out of a bucket). So basically its like buying food at the ballpark. Ive never been to a sit down mexican restaurant using instant tub cheese served with a ladle unless it was a self serve buffet like golden coral which you’d expect for an american AYCE.

The sour cream comes in disposable hood brand mini containers.

The meats were OK, but diced into little cubes just like a food truck makes things. Steak & chorizo were burnt and tough. Tacos were OK, but at $3.50/per, again other places in the area offer better quality at lower prices by as much as $1.00-2.00 less each.

Overall I wouldnt come back here given the combination of price, quantity, and quality of ingredients. There are just better options to choose from in the area that have this business beat in all 3 categories. Some by a substantial margin.

I ordered some beef soups and some chicken tacos. The soups were more delicious than I expected, the price a little high, but it was worth it. The tacos had a lot of meat and the green sauce was very good.

Legit spot for delicious Mexican food. Service was friendly, food was amazing. We ordered sopes, a torta, a burrito, flautas, and camarones a la diabla. Everything was homemade and perfect. The black beans are some of the best frijoles de olla I’ve had in any restaurant on the east coast. We will definitely be visiting again.

Takeout was ready super fast and everything is absolutely delicious, fresh and made with care. They were out of Horchata and substituted in Jamaica and Tamarindo, which were both great, we can’t wait to try the Horchata. Will become a regular staple for us going forward, best Mexican food we’ve had in the area so far.

I was a tad disappointed with my food, but this restaurant was good; I enjoyed the ambiance. I’ve been eating Mexican food in ATL for 30 plus years, thus my expectations were high and apologetically biased. But, I accept that there are different versions of cultural cuisine based on the region of the world you reside.

I ordered a fajita but she served me a burrito. No worries, she happily corrected the order when I used Google translate. She was really awesome in spirit, so I tipped her well.
But, I was so hungry and that fajita was an insult to my foodie palate. I ended up leaving a plate full of mildly seasoned steak n chicken fajitas with the usual fixings on the table.

No picture because I believe in 2nd chances and will upload with my edited review someday. Gotta go tend to my hunger pangs
