As a small time food critic, I always said that to my best taco truck must have a few type of meats. They have the master to consider very good food truck and that is taco de Langa (beef tongue) which some people will find a little bit odd because due to the factor of the nature and not a lot of Americans eat the type of protein. In this case the meat was well executed could have used a second layer of tortilla. Yes it could have but yet again it all comes to the quality of the taco. The pricing is a little bit high, but I can understand that as well worth it. every single spice sauce that this gentleman has a very good without no doubt this taco truck is one of my list.
