Can be both inexpensive or expensive depending on what you get. They charge a lot for their steak and con carne plates. They have Mexican Coke which is a little bit better for you. But the food is really really good. It hits the spot and is really filling. Be careful of the food encrusted tables, they are a bit old and might give you a splinter. But the main reason why you go to a taco truck is to taste good food, and that is the highlight of this setup.

A surprise stop at a local food truck was quite flavorful and also overpriced, flavorful pork tacos pastors with serious heat sauce, added touch of thickly sliced grilled onions was a delight. On a side note, what kind of taco anywhere in the world can justify $4US unless it outweighs an average hotdog or burger? These food trucks are seemingly proud of the since of independence as to show self-congratulatory prices, some of them have a once or seldom visit due to exorbitant unrealistic prices…stay humble, it’s a truck of food!

Working in construction all day this gives me something to look forward to. Every time I have been to Tequira Universal the food has been immaculate, filling, spicy, and very enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and hope they open a restaurant soon.

Although flavorful pork tacos pastors, the exorbitant prices will get most of these food trucks a once or seldom visit, there is no mini taco with a few onions, basil and mini cuts of lime to justify at $4…stay humble…its a roadside truck of food!
