I was in the area on Saturday so I decided to check it out because I was hungry and I needed something to hold me over until dinner. I pulled up to the food truck and I went to the window. The lady was preparing someone’s order and she did not acknowledge me standing there. She finished and asked “Are you ready to order”? (very rude) I said, “Hello How are you”? She had no choice but to speak. So I was looking over the menu deciding what I wanted. I asked her about the tacos and she told me about the mini tacos. I asked her about the regular tacos, and decided to order 3 of them, 2 beef Fajita and 1 Chicken Fajita. I asked her what came on them and they came with cilantro and onions. I did not want any of that. I asked for cheese and I also asked if they had lettuce and tomatoes, and she told me yes. I told her that’s how I wanted my tacos. She told me $9. I then asked for Charro Beans, so my total was $11.13. I saw that they had Menudo on the menu and I loves me some good Menudo. I waited in my car for my order. She called me over when my order was ready. I asked her if I could sample the Menudo. She immediately told me that she doesn’t give Menudo samples. I told her that I was going to be in the are the next day and I would buy some but I needed to taste it first. She still said No. I asked if I could just taste a piece with juice to try it. She then asked another guy that was in there(assuming he was owner/manager). He was not to thrilled about my request from his facial expression. They decided to give me the sample GEES!!! I opened up the foil on my plate to look at the tacos. I had 1 green sauce and 1 red sauce in the smallest condiment cups. I love the green sauce and that was definitely not enough for 3 tacos. I asked her for an extra green sauce and she told me to wait. I waited a while, while trying the Menudo. She started doing other stuff, so I assumed that she had forgot just that quick. I asked her again for green sauce. She gave me the bottle and told me that the container was in my bag. Now… she was referring to the very small condiment cup that already had green sauce in it. She did not want to give me a condiment cup. Smh!! I just squeezed the sauce on my tacos, gave the bottle back, thanked her and left. The Menudo was not up to my standards. It was not seasoned. When I started eating my tacos I noticed that I was given chopped/shredded regular chicken, not fajita Chicken. If she didn’t have that all she had to do was tell me. I would’ve gotten pork or something. The meat was not tasty or seasoned well. The Charros were just plain and not tasty either. Overall, it satisfied my hunger until I was able to get Crawfish for dinner which I was looking forward to. I would not go back due to customer service and the food was not seasoned or tasty.

Fast, delicious, just a little pricey – but what’s not these days? I ordered the 5 mini tacos pastor. They were super flavorful and filling. The corn tortillas tasted fresh. You know that satisfied feeling you get after eating some yummy food that was JUST enough?? That was me.

It was a 2 hour wait at the tax collection office, got hungry and this spot was within 5 min of the building. Got 5 beef tacos with cheese and cilantro. WOW is actually an understatement. I thought I had a favorite taco truck! These by far were the best tacos I’ve tasted off a truck! Bursting with flavorrrr!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR A QUICK BITE. Taste buds won’t be disappointed.

Found this little place o e morning. Have to say it’s pretty good. Tried the Pambazo (steak), 2 Crunchy (beef), 2 regular corn tacos (beef), and their spicy sauce.
Food was great but our favorite was the fried sandwich. There sauce could use some enhanced flavors but that takes time. Still didn’t ruin our experience.

I have been looking for good Mexican food since moving to Texas from Southern California, but most restaurants we have tried fall short and are flavorless. This taco truck is Amazing!!! Please stay in business!
