NOT AUTHENTIC: Menudo is a traditional Mexican soup made primarily with beef tripe (stomach lining) and HOMINY (corn kernels) simmered in a red chili pepper broth. It is often thickened with beef knuckles or trotters (feet) and seasoned with garlic, onion, and dried oregano. Nothing but tripe in my menudo. There is a sign that even says it has hominy in it. Supposedly its normal when I called says the guy who i talked to that wasn’t aware im a full blown latins, Sorry sir pero yo soy latina y hesto no es normal. Nunca en mi Vida have i received a menudo like this. Not even when I lived in Virginia. Definitely the only thing that I will say is not authentic and false advertisement change your sign to say your menudo only has tripe and no hominy. Also no bollio bread. My money was not well spent and im left with no food.

I’m so grateful to the owner for making such delicious food. After a long and tiring day, I ordered a burrito, and it was absolutely fantastic. The meat and beans were perfectly stewed and soft, the beef cheek was rich and flavorful, and the vegetables were incredibly fresh. The tortilla had a lightly crispy, slightly charred texture that brought everything together beautifully. Every bite was full of taste and care. Thank you again for providing such a wonderful meal!

We came here on a weekend afternoon during summer for lunch. Because it is summer, we were bitten several times by mosquitos waiting for our order. After receiving our order, they have a room where you can dine, so you do not have to order takeout. I am a big fan of taco food truck, but this one was not hitting the right spot for me. The meat tasted stale. I probably would not come back to this place.

I had the barbacoa torta and it was probably one of the best sandwiches I’ve eaten in my life. The meat was seasoned so well and was so tender; do yourself a favor and get it…or get 5; no judgement here. If you’re looking for something spicy, get anything with chicharron. Al pastor… Chef’s kiss. And you know the food is good when it still tastes fantastic the next day. I cannot recommend this food enough!

First thing to note is cash only. They do have an ATM machine but it charges a fee. A food truck that is butted up to the orange building is where to start. You order from the food truck then you have the options to take it to go, eat outside on a small picnic table, or eat inside the orange building. Tacos were super delicious and they have a variety of meats and options. The outside and inside needs a bit of work but overall a good place to eat. They do not have traditional waitresses/waiters, only one person in the food truck.

Missing some really great Mexican food, I ventured and took a gamble on this place. Saw all the great reviews and thought what the heck! Sooooo happy I did! As soon as I took the first bite of my taco al pastor, my soul danced!!! 😀 These are legit; I’ll happily take the 30-minute drive for these!
Yes, it’s a taco truck, in some hole in the wall, and so I knew what to expect. The staff was nice and the service was fast! I almost came back the second time, on the SAME day!!! 😛

I’ve been to this taco spot a few times now, and my experience has been a bit mixed. The very first time I tried their tacos, I absolutely loved them — flavorful, fresh, and satisfying. That’s what kept me coming back.
Unfortunately, by my third visit, the carne asada (steak) tacos were a letdown. The meat was noticeably bland, lacking the seasoning and bold flavor I enjoyed before. On top of that, it was dry and tough, making it harder to chew and not nearly as enjoyable. It didn’t have that fresh, tender quality you’d expect from a good taco.
I still really like this place overall and think they have potential, but the inconsistency in the quality of the meat is disappointing. If they can make their steak tacos consistently flavorful and tender, this spot would easily be one of my favorites.

Fresh a tasty! Very fast service. You can Take it to go but they have seating inside or out. Lines form fast at lunch so be prepared to wait or just call in your order.
