This nice little mom and pop taco spot was just what I needed for Taco Tuesday! They had the BEST marinated, authentic, chicken, street tacos.. our waitress was the owner of this location and she took care of everyone inside the restaurant and did a spectacular job! The food is made to order so you’ll likely have to wait, but it is well worth it. Had fun exploring this end of the city and can’t wait to come back.

Went in on a Saturday night. There was no other clients. The waitress was good but the issue is the food. We ordered a chicken burrito and alambres. The food took 45 mins to come out. The chicken burrito was very much bland in flavor and the alambres were drenched in an inedible amount of grease and had to wait for them to come for a while after the first plate came out. The tomatoes on top of the alambres were canned tomatoes not fresh. I dont think they should charge $14 for tacos so greasy with no fresh ingredients. The employees did not know what Alambres were. I could hear them talking in the background about how they didn’t know what was in it. Which tells me the cook had no training.

Love this little Restaurant. The server was friendly and quick to serve us. Our food arrived hot and quickly. Restaurant was very clean and I would recommend giving this restaurant a try. I ordered the mushroom quesadilla rice and guacamole salad can’t remember what the rest of the family ordered but they all said their food was hot and tasted really good.

Really wanted to like this but food was bland. I mean really bland, didn’t even seem to be salted. Beans and rice had an odd almost fishy after taste. I got the chicken mole and pork Verte. Salsa was nice ok enjoyed how spicy it was just needed more seasoning.

This was our first visit to Taqueria San Marcos. Blew me out of the water. We got horchata, piña fresca, tacos al pastor, and the barbacoa torta. Food and drinks were fantastic all for a fair and affordable price.

Still outstanding Mexican dishes. Try the guacamole; it’s pure avocado with a little lime and salt. Simple, fresh, and a little chunky, just as it should be.

The ambiance is amazing! Close knit but the service is great, and so is the food. They have the best tortas I ever had and everything tasted so fresh. I will be coming back to try the rest of the menu!
