Was so glad to have finally stopped in here after being away for years. Alvaro is the sweetest guy and just good vibes all around from the rest of the staff. Had a lovely chat with him and he even let me try some of their homemade coffee-flavored cake that was insanely delicious while not being overly sweet. The tacos which I took home were awesome. I really meant to come back before I left the area, but I couldn’t manage. Will definitely be swinging by on my next visit!

A Hidden Gem You Need to Try!

My friend and I stopped into Taqueria San Lucas on a very spur-of-the-moment decision, and wow what an incredible surprise! From the moment we walked in, Alvardo and his staff made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. Their kindness and genuine warmth truly elevated the whole experience.

The food was absolutely outstanding. I ordered the fish tacos, which were perfectly seasoned and fresh, and my friend had the beef tacos which also delicious. ( believe me she is pretty picky ). We shared nachos, queso, and the BEST horchata I’ve ever had. Everything tasted authentic, vibrant, and clearly made with love.

This place is definitely high on my list of recommendations for real, authentic Mexican food. It’s one of those hidden spots you might pass by without realizing what a gem it is, but trust me, give it a try. I’m sure you’ll enjoy it every bit as much as we did!

Bodega eatery at its best! Enchiladas Verdes were delicious, as well as the rice & beans! Great homemade guacamole & chips. The Hibiscus tea & a chocolate cake layered with whipped cream filling were delightful The desserts are made on the premises! Next time I’m trying the carne asada tacos (my son ate all four) and the very tempting flan for dessert. I’m originally from Texas so I know what a “find” this place is!

Tried this place for the first time earlier. So good. The staff was super friendly. Ordered the birria tacos and some churros. The dipping sauce with the tacos is some of the best and most flavorful ive had. Tacos themselves were full of meat and cheese and came with onions and cilantro on the side. The churros were the perfect way to end the meal. Definitely will be back.
