Rice is wayyy too hard but flavored nicely, I don’t eat it tho it was rock hard…. Tacos were a little too oily tortillas but nicely portioned meat! The Salsa is too bitter for my liking I would like to see an avocado salsa here as an option… Tamales and beans were great!!!-although tamales are made on the smaller side. Hopefully they read their reviews and work on the rice texture and salsa options

First time trying today. Both asada and al pastor were well seasoned. Torta enjoyed the moisture from salsa, and it was perfect with it. Gordita was flavorful and well filled. If anything the value was too good, so we’ll have to tip extra next time. Both salsas were great too.

As you can see, you can drive into the parking lot, and the goodness starts from there. You approach a window after looking at the menu and order, you can wait in your car. Food is good. Service is good. Atmosphere, is other people trying to get their order. Parking, is good because you are in and out quickly.

I was recommended Taqueria San Jose online, and I’m glad I stopped by for lunch. The tacos are delicious and they don’t skimp on the meat. I tried the barbacoa, birria, and al pastor meat options, and they were all great with cilantro, onions, and lime. The salsas added some good chili flavor with just the right amount of heat for me. It is a bit messy, but it’s worth it. It’s pretty no frills dining, but the prices are decent and the service was quick. I enjoyed the outdoor seating, and I’d definitely recommend this place on a nice day. I’m sure I’ll be back.

Place looks like an old sonic or other eat-in-your-car or outside type places although there are a few tables inside. Love their Jamaica! It wasn’t too sweet and still tasted like it was supposed to. For my vegetarian friends, the veggie taco is legit just rice and beans, so go for the nopales and just get rice and beans on the side (its about the same price but you get more as a side vs in a taco). The taco itself was decent.
