The quesadilla was okay but I should have known something was up because at 6pm on a Wednesday night there was only one other person there. Two of the salsas had a thick layer of oil over them, weird, I’ve never seen that before. Not to mention there was not AC but what really got me was that they overcharged me without question. After a long drive I was in no mood to spend anymore time here disputing this but needless to say first impressions were not good. I doubt I’ll be back.

Stopped in for lunch after traveling and the variety of food and all the pictures looked great! Friendly service, a little slow and when the food came, it looked like the pictures. Eating it was a different story. The carnitas on the gordita were very fatty and the shell was undercooked inside. The chicken looked good but had no flavor. And the other gordita shell was undercooked too.

We had breakfast there this morning. First and last time. The cashier walked in with McDonald’s coffee and breakfast. That should have been a sign that the workers won’t even eat there. She serves me coffee and tells me no creamer. I asked for a refund on my coffee. Burrito plate – refried beans weren’t refried and tasted bland. Their so called papas were crinkled fries chopped. Don’t waste your time and money in this place. This place thinks they can serve this scrap and call it Mexican food.

We apologize if our food failed to meet your expectations, as people’s tastes and preferences can differ significantly. Most Mexican fast-food restaurants typically serve fries as a potato option for their standard plates, unfortunately. We regret our inability to control the swift depletion of certain items, such as creamer. Due to time constraints, we were unable to restock, and we are sorry that your experience with us was not satisfactory. A comment was made regarding this establishment, and we would like to note that employees are not required to dine at their workplace. It is not unusual to see restaurant employees ordering from other restaurants, which does not necessarily mean they dislike the food at their workplace.

This is the worst Mexican food place in all of Port Arthur, Tx. The tortillas taste like plastic & the food is not Mexican authentic at all. It is also very over priced.
