I’ve visited this restaurant twice and was happy to find a spot with great service, amazing food and specials each day. I am not in the area often, but will be coming more often because tacos are my favorite and they haven’t missed, yet. And their margaritas are tasty.

Ordered nachos and taco salad.
I grew up in San Diego and haven’t found good Mexican food since. Have had other Mexican food around here, and the food from this establishment didn’t taste like what I’ve come to expect in Indiana.
Ordered Togo. Said it would take 15 minutes. Showed up 15 minutes later
The place was festive, warm, inviting. Christmas themed. Appropriate. The staff was attentive and friendly.
Ordered nachos with ground beef. Came in an enclosed container. Chips were primarily soggy once arrived home, 5 minutes later.
For both dishes: No seasoning. Barely a tablespoon of sour cream. The layer of beef fat across the bottom of the dish was likely to blame for the soggy chips. Couldn’t finish. Made our own food anyway.

Don’t order to go or don’t order the nachos or taco salad with beef?

Not consistent with new visit, the meat was chopped too big and had alot of chewy inedible parts. Shrimp was ok but could have been more flavorful with sauce.

Very good Mexican food! Came by and got the verde enchiladas. The sauce was delicious, and definitely made from scratch – some of the best enchiladas I’ve had. And they same super quick! Great service as well. Highly recommend Taqueria Rosales. I’ll be back here again.

Me and one of my closest friends went here for a mom’s date to eat some good Mexican food. We were both excited that we finally got a chance to try this wonderful place. We’re both from California so finding good Mexican food is very rare in Fishers, Indiana. But this place did not miss at all. I encourage everyone to go here and eat. Have a good margarita. Enjoy the vibe and the atmosphere. The food was so delicious. Will be back soon with my family. I also recommend the posole yummy.

Mommy/daughter lunch with my sweet peach. This place is amazing, We went on a Sunday, we were the only two there but that quickly change. The service was amazing, the server was attentive, not I don’t need a server but are the workers checked on us. We appreciate that. We shared a rather large nacho with steak shrimp and chicken on it. AMAZING! OH MY WORD! I WASN’T EXPECTING IT TO BE BUSTING WITH FLAVOR, it was. Soooooo good, i can enjoy it without the shrimp, I keep forgetting that I don’t love shrimp in Mexican food but that’s my business. We ended with Fried ice cream. My daughter’s first time try and get but it took me right back to my younger days. It was perfect 10/10

We love this place! Our 4 year old refers to it as “our spot” because the wait staff treat her like family It’s affordable and the menu has lots of great stuff. I’ve tried dishes I’ve never had before and they all taste authentic. I love it❤️

Editing this to say this is still my favorite taco spot. It’s been 10 months and we still continue to come here regularly and we’ve brought tons of friends who also love it and now ask us if we want to join them. So 10 months later and they are still just as amazing as the day I tried them for the first time! All of their salsas are homemade. I also order a Paloma when I go and it is amaaziiiinnng.

Taqueria Rosales is incredible. We walked in and had no wait, the server was over almost immediately to take drink orders. The chips and salsa were awesome. The chips came out warm.
We had the asada tacos and I believe the other item we ordered was called pollos supremo. The tacos were some of my favorite classic asada tacos I’ve ever had. They also brought out two different sauces to serve with them that were great! Loved the salsa verde!
The pollos supremo was chicken and mushrooms in a mushroom cream sauce, kind of quesoish but mushroomy, idk how to explain but it was amazing. We scoped that into taco shells with tomato and lettuce and it was soooo good.
We could not stop saying how much we loved the food while we were there.
The restaurant was also super clean as well.
Will absolutely return and highly recommend you try it out!
