Best asada breakfast burritos in town. No question. Regular burritos are just as good. Tacos are pretty average compared to the rest of the trucks from here to tri cities. But, they get the bragging rights for those breakfast burritos. We’ll priced too. Don’t forget your bag of peppers and carrots.

First I want to say that she asked if I wanted my receipt I told her yes and she was taking kind of long to give me the receipt and than she said ok I printed it and it’s showing I owe you 1 so if I had left and not asked for it she wouldn’t gave it to me. Burrito, torta and matchaca plate $38 and some change. Than the matchaca looks nothing like a matchaca just ground beef so probably won’t be going back.

I love their Asada fries but it’s nothing fancy just fries meat nacho cheese and sour cream. Today we went and spent 90 for 2 asada fries, 1 asada burrito, 4 asada taco, 4 trips tacos and a carne asada plate with rice and beans. So first off the asada meat is cut so fine that it gives off a grounded beef vibe. Great for the asada fries but not so great in tacos or burritos. Also the tacos come with lettuce and cheese. No no on that! The carne asada plate th meat was so thin and looked red and burnt. We wanted asada not adobada(red). Very displeased with this large order!

Carnitas taco was weak. Just dried and crispy. Lengua taco was ok. The chicken and adobada were both delicious. I thought the asada was pretty good too. 5 taco combo (with rice and beans) was nearly $20 so a little steep for me, but thats probably because I added 2 tacos to their usual combo of 3. I’ll go back and try some of their burritos.

ive been coming here for a long time usually during my work lunches, but recently the past couple of weeks i’ve realized the meat has been tasting salty/charred/burnt, this happens when old meat is being reheated. it disappoints me and ruins my appetite especially a long day of work, they’re kind enough to remake it but still doesn’t have much of a change. just hoping they could see this so they could work on that! because i would love to keep coming here it just doesnt taste as good as it used to. they get a rush of people here and there and their goal is to get the food out. but i think quality is always important.

Indoor (diner style) and outdoor (picnic table) seating or to go, The food is very good, the asada street style tacos were tasty, not greasy, and there was a nice toasty texture to the corn tortillas. The quesedillas are hearty and have a melty, gooey layer of cheese. The tamales were large and very flavorful. The carnitas tacos were crispy and very wonderful. The food is slightly spicy but not “hot hot” — though they provide very nice red and green salsa (milder, so you can add more!) on the side if you’re like me and want to amp the heat up a bit. Ordering is smooth and efficient, and if you order to go they hand you a small pager-like device and bring the food out of the bus when it’s ready. I was visiting my sister, who lives near by, and I was very sincere when I told my wife, “If this was this close to our house, I’d eat there way too often for my own good!” Staff was attentive, friendly and helpful.. repeating the order back item by item to make sure they got it right — spoiler alert: they did.

When this place opened up 4 years, it was great. To begin with, the food is delicious ordered a asada burrito but more beans than anything. The portion was relatively small compared to all taco truck for.the price. Tacos de tripa were good but little amount of meat. For 30 bucks portions were too small. Went from a 5 to a 3 star in my opinion
