Stopped by this place on our way to Colorado, so glad we did. We have great taquerias in Houston, but in this tiny town, this place wins for best breakfast tacos!
The homemade tortillas and salsas were SO good! Their menu calls the tacos, burritos. They’re pretty much one big taco. I got the Potato’s Mexican way with cheese and sausage, another ordered cheese, chorizo, and another ordered sausage egg n cheese. Everything was insanely good!
The ladies that worked in there were very nice and hospitable. After being on the road for 8 hours, this was nice.
Gracias Ladies!

Service was great staff was super friendly and offered to add or subtract with no issues parking is kinda tight and there’s no issue with seating with a party of 4 and the food was out quick and was so good I’d give it more stars if I could

I want to say we don’t live in this town and didn’t even read anything about it. The ladies were so nice and kind that I didn’t understand Spanish. The food was simple and good. I love simple food and not crazy food. Thank y’all from Lubbock, Texas

Like being welcomed into an abuelitas home! Flavors are authentic and made to order. We stopped here on a road trip and we’re so pleasantly surprised. Would absolutely plan another trip through this city just for these tacos

Got 2 baracoa plates and was over charged 6 dollars. Baracoa was good but there wasn’t much of it especially for 17 $ a plate. The beans were really runny. No extras with the food like lime or pico de gallo. Not worth the price

The place is great if you want to be charged $17 for this.

OMG! Traveling through Sweetwater on our way home to NM and stumbled across this authentic little Mexican food restaurant. What a hidden jewel for sure. The BEST carne asada we’ve ever had by far! Don’t be detoured by the outside of the building this place and the ladies were simply amazing! What a find!!!

The best authentic Mexican food in west central Texas! Everything was delicious, homemade flour and corn tortillas to make it even better! Great customer service, the waitresses were super nice, including the owner of the place. Worth the visit if you’re in town or passing by!

We had the bacon and sausage plates. Definitely suggest this for breakfast! The beans authentic, and fresh homemade tortillas❤️ were amazing. Really friendly crew running it so that’s always nice.
The parking is a lil sparse in the front so heads up, there is a few more places to park in the rear.
Best tortillas in Sweetwater.
