From Jesus Maria, Jalisco,in 1999 the story of Reyna Tapatia , Atentidos Por La Familia Huerta, rooted its’ way to San Antonio, Texas, when Mr. Juan Huerta ,brought his mastering-authentic-Mexican-Cooking-Style in working building an extensive – experience record as a Lead Chef in a chain-of local San Antonio Taquerias’, in which lead to first opening Taco Guadalajara in Universal City , off of Pat Booker Road & Kity Hawk Road, just a mile off of 1604 & 35 North, where the restaurant established nearly 3-years of a strengthening community that in its’ time was being introduced to only a selection of Taquerias in and or around San Antonio. In 2012, for nearly 5 years, Reyna Tapatia had first opened off of Naco Perrin & Perrin Beital Road.

Party of two on Thursday evening. Only one other party in place at the time. One person doing all the work (except cooking) and also handling the drive thru. As such, service was exceptionally slow. Excellent menu selection. Chips were fresh and salsa was standard. The food itself was typical Mexican. The mains were good, the rice was above average and the beans were also rated above average.

Really good food at really great prices! Fastest service around. We liked it so much we cane 2 days in a row! The barbacoa was flavorful and not greasy and the caldo de res was delicious. The menudo is also really good!

After a long morning I decided to order here from Favor for delivery since I didn’t have a vehicle at that moment. When my order arrived I was short an entree. I called the restaurant and was offered to come pick it up but without a vehicle I told the woman I spoke to that I couldn’t. She then offered to personally bring me my food. The food is very good but with customer service lacking in a lot of establishments nowadays I love to see a restaurant go above.

I walked in not knowing what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised to find such authentic Mexican food in Boerne. The prices are great and the food is delicious! My go-to has been the mini tacos de asada served with charro beans, grilled onions, an a chile toreado. I am so glad I walked into this establishment in the first place!

I can’t even stomach this bean and “cheese” taco. They used a few pieces of real cheese and then poured queso for the rest of the cheese. The tortillas are store bought. The salsa I ordered was only half full, but of course, I’m sure they charged me for a full size. The bacon that came with my daughter’s pancakes was gross and neither of us could stomach that either. I gave these people $14 for nothing but gross food. They used to be good but I can see they’re trying to cut corners and think people won’t notice. Don’t waste your gas, time or money coming here.

Honestly I dread the facial expressions from these people as if I live or know them when I’m the customer. Not worth going back. Nothing is in the bag even ordered online except the tacos, Won’t be doing business again.
Honestly, your service sucks not worth the trouble. I gave y’all a second chance. I don’t need any more tacos from you all. You can’t follow one basic simple instructions. The cashier needs to be fired, the health inspector needs to go in and inspect the food there. F rated for poor service and food.
