Perks: chips and salsa. Fast service. Friendly staff.
Um: Suspiciously fast service (~2 minutes)
Cons: ordered 3 crispy tacos. 1 chicken, 2 beef. As soon as I bit into the chicken taco it tasted like reheated but juicy leftover chicken that’s been sitting in the back of a fridge for a few days too long. Thought to myself “at least I have the beef ones left”. Put the chicken taco down right away and bit into the beef taco.. somehow it tasted even worse than the chicken.
Wouldn’t trust consistent quality from this place; Would rather go play a game of roulette with these chances.

The customer service is still horrible! STILL Not friendly. It’s been about two years since I ate here and thought I would give it another chance. I now know never to recommend or come back ever! I didn’t know we made mini breakfast taco. Even the food quality is trash.

They start you off with some chips and salsa. The chips are decent especially when you squeeze lemon and salt over them. The salsa is terrible… it taste like pasta sauce. I am guessing they put oregano in their salsa.
I remember the fajita meat used to be flavorful and tender. The time around it was a bit tough and had no flavor.
The chicken caldo had no flavor as well. The chicken was boiled but no seasonings were added.
Super sad to see the prices go up but the quality go down. They still serve a lot but it’s a waste when it doesn’t taste good.
The service was almost non-existent. We had to get up each time we needed a refill.

Breakfast burrito was loaded with about a cup of grease it felt like. It also did not taste very good at all. I ended up at Whataburger down the street. I will not be going back.

I meet here twice a month with my friend…I live on the other side of san antonio and it takes me about 45 minutes to get here BUT, its worth it! The food is great! The chilaquiles are amazing, by far my favorite!! The place is always clean and the staff is always so polite and efficient!

Trying to be nice… Good food, pricey for the reheated food and service as fir the slacks and blouses well they cant get tighter so if thats your flavor, have at it. BUT FOOD IS DECENT!!

Everything was fresh made. Even tho it was close to closing time the grill was still fired up. You can hear the meat sizzling on the grill and after a few minutes the food was at the table. The restaurant was very clean. Talking with the locals they keep coming back because the food is consistently good.

I’ve gone here for years and the owner is a very respectable old guy. He will come around sometimes when he’s there and refill coffee then chat with people. The waitresses are very quick, kind and attentive.
I absolutely LOVE their salsa and chips they give during lunch/dinner. Honestly I can just go and eat that to be content. The salsa has a nice tomato flavor and isn’t too spicy, perfectly mild.
The food is very tasty, and I’ll usually get the Burrito Carne Asada. Fluffy, juicy and huge for the price. Would also recommend the caldo de res.
If you want a nice little taqueria to sit down and eat at, this is the place!

Awesome delicious food at a good price and friendly staff, a must return to try additional food. Attentive staff definitely made it a relaxing atmosphere and my cozy eating plus. Definitely recommend this particular place for sure.
