Legitimately OBJECTIVE Review. I actually stopped by without even planning it. Go eat there.
It’s actually a good place. First of all – YUMMY!
Second, it’s super nicely designed and I think it stands out in compare to most food trucks so that’s awesome!!!
Also the customer service is awesome, I wasn’t that hungry and he agreed to make me a small portion of quesadilla so I won’t pay full price and that was exactly what I wanted.
The guy who runs this food truck really deserve to succeed and I wish that for him.

We had the quesabirria and the super burrito. Quesabirria had a lot of raw onions and cilantro in it. I’ve never had onions on it before or they’ve come on the side, and wasn’t expecting it. The consommé was just the oil from the beef, not a traditional broth consommé, so I was disappointed overall with my quesabirria. The super burrito was mostly beans and rice, but they were good, with good flavor. It was big. Fed a couple cute yellowjackets some rice that were hanging around. Small seating area but adequate. Hanging flowers. Overall, food wasn’t as good as I’d hoped from the reviews. I wouldn’t go back. Photo of my cup is after barely dipping two quesabirria tacos, you can see it’s just drippings and oil (mostly) from the beef.

We were looking for a good breakfast burrito between Seattle and Portland and this place was perfect. The location is super convenient right off of I-5, and the burritos were delicious. Word of warning they are also huge — could have easily just split one. I’ll definitely stop in next time I’m driving through and give the tacos a try.

Seriously best truck I’ve been to in the area. The guy running it is super nice and friendly and the food was Bomb! I got the quesabirria and the tacos were so loaded. My girlfriend got veggie tacos and they were the best she’s had. Loaded and lots of tasty veggies cooked nicely and even had avocado on it. Will return!

I get a regular chicken burrito here maybe once every couple of weeks, and it is seriously one of the best chicken burritos I’ve ever had, and that’s after living in the Bay Area for years. I keep meaning to try their other offerings, but I love the chicken burrito so much when it comes time to order I just keep getting that . It’s different from any other chicken burrito I’ve ever had, the meat is marinated / spiced with I think coriander and cumin and possibly a touch of cinnamon and it’s so flavorful. The rice is definitely cooked in stock rather than water and is also incredibly flavorful even just on its own. After the burrito is wrapped it’s grilled on the griddle, giving the tortilla an excellent crispy exterior and chewy interior. The guy who is working when I’ve been there is very friendly and the food comes very quickly. It’s a little pricey compared to some other spots but it’s 100% worth it. Also, their green salsa is super good with a very nice fruity Serrano flavor. There’s a covered area with a picnic table to wait at or eat at which is nice too.

I got a whole half of a chicken with tortillas, rice, beans and salsas for $16. Really delicious too, perfectly cooked and marinated with the skin too. Out of all the food trucks I’ve been to this one definitely stands out, if you’re hungry give them a shot
