Amazing taco, chips and salsa served up with a smile. We absolutely loved this place and would highly recommend eating there. The owners were super friendly as was their entire staff. We felt right at home from the minute we checked in to be put on the list for a table. In the end we decided to sit at the bar and were really glad we did. Our hosts were delightful and easy to talk with, but left us to the food when it arrived (they may have been concerned they be bitten in the melee). Every taco was delicious and good sized. Definitely worth the wait.

This is the “it” place to eat in Bisbee right now! A welcome new Mexican restaurant where the food is phenomenal! The infusion of flavors in my firecracker shrimp taco was delectable! I can’t say enough good things about the food! Portions for the nachos are huge and I got the small! I ate my leftover nachos the next day like they were chilaquiles, my roommate was jealous! I’m looking forward to trying everything on their menu.

My wife and I sat at the bar and shared 4 large tacos — shrimp, fish, chicken, and pork belly. They were all excellent but the winner was the pork belly. Gideon, the bartender, was the best and made us a few margaritas throughout dinner that were definitely “make sure you walk home” margs. We would definitely come back here again.

As a born and raised Bisbee local I am so thankful for this new and amazing restaurant in our community. It is so obvious how much love and passion Mike has put into this space, but it shows more than ever in the absolutely delicious food and libations. The menu is simple and quality focused, and as a vegetarian I was very pleased with the robust options that were available for me. Also, loved the salsa bar with fresh made salsa! One of the new best spots in town and we will be returning frequently!

Ooooooooh my God. Go. Just go. I’ve eaten many plates of nachos in my 41 years of life, and the ones I had here are the BEST ONES YET. The “baby” nacho portion is HUGE too! My husband ordered a couple tacos including an Al Pastor. He was blown away too! Go treat yo self at Taqueria Outlaw!
