We stopped in while we were out of town and this spot hit the mark. Fast service, hot food, and straight-up good flavors — exactly what you want from a solid taqueria.
I tried the barbacoa, carnitas, and trompo, and that trompo was the star of the show — juicy, flavorful, and done right. The tripa was too, fried perfectly with that golden crunch and no grease overload.

Decided to try this place out before grocery shopping. We ordered barria tacos, barbacoa tacos and carne asada torte. We received complementary pinto bean soup and hubby said that was wonderful. Our tacos came out fresh and hot to the plate. The tacos are very small but don’t be full. They are very filling and so good! Everything was freshly made. There’s a guy grilling outside so you can tell the food is fresh. Will definitely return when we’re in the area again.

I ordered by phone, got there 10 min early paid my food and waited inside. People came and left and nothing. The cashiers kept looking at me. 35min passed and I went up and asked if my order was ready. The cashier pushed the bag that was sitting on the counter to me and said that was my order. My name was never called out or anything. Yet when the people before me got their food taken to them directly. Very very disappointed. The food was cold when I got home. The potatoes were raw. The pirata tacos are not served with avocados like they do in Linares.I called to speak with a manager and they kept hanging up the phone. Very rude cashiers. Especially the tall one.

The food is good but Every single time i buy food here to take out the beans or consume is spilled all over everything they put it in a foam cup with no plastic wrap around it or anything. Even when i hold the bag right, the top of the cups aren’t put on all the way… This time when I went i didn’t even get the grilled Chile that comes usually with the tacos.
Update. I went again last week and they same happened like the picture again but this time i opened it as soon as they gave it to me in the car and the top was broken and spilled everywhere in the bag.

Wanted tacos and tried to find a place with some authentic Mexican food. This place has some good stuff! I had trompo tacos with some bean soup on the side which were both great. Hit the spot and the green and red sauces went along well. Wife had the birria which she mentions was bomb too. Would definitely come back if I’m in the area again

Menudo with a Surprise! I ordered menudo from this restaurant on Uber Eats and got a container with a little bit of tripe and half a container of what looks like teeth. I didn’t order pigs feet and have no idea what this is – it looked gross so didn’t eat it. I also ordered a barbacoa taco and either they didn’t send it or the Uber guy ate it. Lastly, when I called this Mexican restaurant, I asked what happened to the pozole, the woman on the phone said she is not from Mexico and didn’t know what pozole was then hung up. Rude! Definitely never ordering from here ever again, Who knows what other surprises they will have in their food. Maybe a report to the health inspector is necessary.

Small place to grab some quick food. Love the quesabirria tacos and have been getting them once a week. Tried the tamales and give them a 4 out of 5. I would pass on the churros, but I need a whole lot more sugar for me to eat them. The beans that come with the meals are also great. It’s not super cheap – 3 of us eating the birria tacos and soft drinks was $54.
