My wife and I stopped here on the way home from a night out. Sure, we had a good buzz going and the munchies were kicking in, but this review is not skewed in any way due to that. The proof is that we took home leftovers and it tasted almost better the next day. We both agree this place is a keeper. She had the steak burrito and I had the shredded chicken burrito. Of course, we shared. The steak was absolutely amazing; so tender and whatever they marinated it in was like bottled orgasm. Definitely an A+. The shredded chicken was also bomb; solid A. If you’re ever in Aurora, seek this gem out…you’ll be happy you did.

Chips were not fresh. They tasted stale. I had a torta de milanesa and it tastes like an old batch reheated. My husband’s torta cubana tasted wierd. Couldn’t tell what is was. My uncle’s enchiladas looked worse than a frozen dinner. They didn’t use the correct chile &also did not taste good. Won’t be back.

Not all restaurants in aurora are worth trying, jus went to the taqueria neuvo 5 N root st , the cook wasn’t wearing a mask he was breathing and talking all over the meat and tortillas, and he wasn’t wearing gloves, not to mention the restaurant was dirty… and the host jessica could have cared less, we called to ask about the covid regulations they have and complained because we were concerned about our health and she hung up, then we called again and wanted to just see if we can talk to a manager and Jessica hung up again.. I’m all for supporting small businesses but im definitely not going to support a restaurant who doesn’t care for their clients health or even their own health. If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m contacting health regulations asap
