We found another hidden gem! Wow, authentic Mexican food, flavors were on point. We ordered the mixed fajitas, and what a treat. The chicken was jucy, the shrimp were cooked to perfection, and the steak didn’t even need salt. I was delighted with the generous portions. The Jamaica/Hibiscus drink was excellent, not surgery at all. And to top it off, the service was superb. I felt like I was at home. I highly recommend you give this place a try.

Came here to get burritos, as it’s the closest taqueria to my house. The burritos took a long time to make, and they only give you free chips if you pay by card. Took the food home and experienced one of the worst let downs I’ve had by a burrito. It was extremely bland, the salsa wasn’t good, and the chips were terrible. I honestly don’t know how this place gets rated so well when their food is so lackluster. I won’t be returning here. The only thing I liked about the place was the painting on the walls.

1/31 – Food was actually good, surprisingly. I ordered the quesabirria grilled cheese. It actually hit the spot. Also got chips and guacamole but they didn’t even give me chips. I also got a dried up lime, it looked good but had no juice. C’mon now! That’s why it’s a 3 for me.

I always go to taquerias for the tacos and I gotta say that at Taqueria Morena I found friendly service and great tacos! The ingredients taste fresh and the food is well made. The only thing i don’t like the price is a little high. I recommend coming here for tacos

I love Taqueria Morena!!!!! Been coming here sinces 2010. The lady’s that work in the restaurant are so friendly & very nice. When we do sit down & eat at the restaurant the waitress always comes over making sure if we are taken care of. The restaurant itself is very clean & their bathroom is always clean. I have tried every plate & everything taste delicious . I have never had a problem with my food sinces I have been coming here. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who would like to eat some delicious Hispanic food.

Got a burrito, and I can confirm the other reviewers are correct. Very bland and dry. The salsa is so-so. No sourcream in the super burrito even though it was $16 and supposed to have it, no guacamole either. Not even a side of chips. Absurd.
Came back to edit my review after finishing by the burrito. Decided to drop it to 1 star. The pork was half fat and gristles towards the bottom. Really nasty.
