Wow! Today was out first time we came here and it was DELICIOUS!!!!
I ordered a corn tortilla combo with bistec and my husband got a regular taco order, but we both added cheese and avocado.
First, you place your order at the register, but then, there’s someone that brings your drinks, food, and checks on your table. He was nice.
We got our charro beans first, SOOO GOOD!! I’m pretty picky because I love beans and there were perfect. The beans were soft, and they had just the perfect “kick” which is perfect if you don’t like them super spicy. The tacos were so flavorful! They use two corn tortillas and they actually taste like the street tacos from Mexico. Torally recommend this establishment… except… they may have dropped to 4.5 stars because they charged 25 cents for a mini to-go box. jk I get it.

I ordered by phone at 11:31am. The CSR told me it would be ready in 10min. I gave them events time arrived about 15 min later. The order was not ready until 12pm. The window CSR was rude and they got my order wrong. I asked for no backs. I just left. They have been good in the past but today was a bad experience.

We were recommended to this place for dinner. We order a takeout of three taco combos. The price was reasonable for the items ordered. The food was very good quality and taste was excellent. However, I must warn you that they are super slow in their service. We had to wait 30 minutes just to get our tacos, not acceptable. When I confronted the servers, she was not receptive to my concern. I also suggest pain in cash. Otherwise you will be hit with a 4% surcharge.

There have been several times we had a bad experience and multiple times drive thru where they get the order wrong but we don’t like to drive back to tell them they messed up our order. I’m not the one to complain but honestly today was just too much. The customer service sucks. When they make mistakes in your order they don’t correct it they blame you for the mistake. I passed it the couple of times but what upsets me they never own up to there mistakes and fix them. It’s ridiculous that it has been more than once. They need to work better with customer service and own up to their mistakes.

Really good food and big food servings, worth the price,only place I’ve been at that are not stingy with the amount of meat they put into the food.I had the molcas and papa con carne. The beans are full of flavor too. The server we had was very friendly and attentive.
