I’ve been at Taqueria mi Tia before, and the food was good, there were 2 young men that were very polite. We went today, the restaurant was disgusting, only 3 tables clean, when I was waiting for my good noticed that the restaurant was extremely dirty, there was trash all over the phone, the sugar container it hasn’t been washed for some time. The cashier was answering the phone, touching money, and filling salsa containers without washing her hands. I didn’t eat my food, if the front of the restaurant was that dirty cannot imagine the back.

This restaurant is small and not well known, but they have some of the best authentic Mexican food you will ever have. The breakfast taco’s are unmatched!! I asked if I could get the recipe for the green sauce it’s soooo good. Luckily they sell their sauce separately for you to take home. I would eat here everyday if I could afford it.

Solid “hole in the wall” Mexican restaurant. Steady flow of customers in and out of the restaurant. Everything we ate was good. Staff and service were on par for a drop in type of restaurant. We ordered a couple tacos, breakfast plates, and green pozole soup. My favorite was the pozole. Highly recommend a visit. Would come back again.

I’ve been looking for a good taco place that makes fresh tortillas. I ordered two tacos on flour tortilla and then I ordered a dozen of corn tortillas. When I got home and bit into the taco, it was anything but homemade. I could smell that they were store-bought tortillas. The corn tortillas were good. Why would they give me store-bought tortillas for my tacos and fresh tortillas to go?

Small taco shop with breakfast options as well. It was filled with people for lunch rush but there was still room to sit comfortably. The food was great and came out quick along with salsa and toppings (cilantro, lime and onion). I was most impressed with the service as two of the waiters went out of their way to accommodate my stepdad who was being picky about which chile he wanted on the side.
Great service and food- definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking for somewhere that is affordable and casual.

When I didn’t hear any English and the family in the kitchen arguing I knew I found the right place. The hole in the wall Mexican restaurant you’re looking for. I could’ve waited over an hour and it STILL would have been worth it for the food! That’s how good it is. ACTUAL homemade tortillas!! Who needs “fancy” overpriced restaurants when you could get better tasting food from a locally owned family business. Will be coming here forever.

I was visiting Texas, and landed up getting sick. I was looking for a place for some real authentic soup and I just happened to find this Restaurant. Nothing fancy but the service was great and the Caldo de Res was superior. Waitress was very friendly. The pricing was great also. I went back three more times and I had a great experience.
