The tacos were good my only complaint was that the tortillas were greasy. Other than that they were super tasty and I loved the spicy guacamole sauce!
It’s a Mexican convenience store with lots of spices and produce available. They also had some pan dulce and a selection of quesos frescos.
You have to know what you want to order or ask what’s available because there’s no menu to look at. Just go to the cashier in the back right corner and they’ll take your order/payment. You kind of just wait around the store until your good is ready.

What I really wanted to write a review about is Taqueria Mati #2, but because it’s so newly opened, Google hasn’t placed it yet, despite my numerous attempts to do do. #2 is at 7420 LA Hwy 182, Morgan City, and we had a marvelous Mexican breakfast there called “Huevos Rancheros.” We were tired of what called breakfast at most motels and wanted something more. So if you want something “Fresh & Tasty” try this place

Me gustó mucho, hay 1 poco de todo, doña Matilde fue muy amable en atenderme! lo único q no está muy bien, es algo del baño, la rueda donde uno se sienta, y q los hombres levantan para orinar, está muy pequeña, queda casi por mitad! esta incómodo para sentarse!
