Taqueria Mateo is easily one of the best taco trucks around! My fiancé and I got tacos, and at just $2.50 each, they’re super affordable. The tortillas are fried to perfection—crispy but not too hard—and the meat is incredibly moist, never dry or burnt. Their red and green sauces may seem light consistency at first, but they pack a serious flavorful punch! On top of that, the service is what keeps me wanting to coming back. Friendly, efficient, and the wait time is pretty quick. Definitely a 10/10 experience all around! Looking forward to going back.
