Incredibly delicious, authentic Mexican cuisine! The chicken Verde enchiladas and the steak Quesabirrias were phenomenal. Very generous portions and reasonable price.

My wife and I gave this place a try today, we hardly try any Mexican restaurants in Lockport but my goodness was this place good! I’m a big fan of tortas and I tried a torta de asada and my wife got a breaded chicken torta and they were delicious! They are actually a pretty good size torta I was surprised! Waited for take out and the food was nice and hot! Definitely coming here again… small place to dine in but definitely worth trying it

We had such a wonderful experience at Taqueria Los Molcajetes in Lockport! My sisters were visiting from California and we were staying nearby when we got hungry late at night. We walked in just two minutes before closing, but instead of rushing us out, the staff welcomed us with warmth and kindness. The hospitality felt like family—so genuine and gracious.
On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. It’s rare to find a place where both the service and the food are this exceptional.
A huge thank you to the team for treating us so well—we’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this gem to anyone in the area!

Came here for the first time and loved everything we tried! Rice and beans were very good, rice was cooked perfectly. We got a steak burrito and a chicken burrito. Both were excellent, can’t want to try the tinga next time! Horchata was also very good, different (in a good way) from other horchatas I’ve tried. Will definitely be back!

Had Texas and also AZ tortas
Also had Tortas from the motherland Mexico
Hats off to Los Molcajetes very much one of my top Tortas! Yummy flavored meat perfect bread and fresh veg with the perfect amount of crema, it’s just boasting with flavor with every bite and the price

The Corn in a Cup and Steak Burrito were good. Not so much the Quesabirria. It didn’t have enough queso and the meat was more mush than shredded; meh sabor.
