Today I ordered chicken nachos with no pico de gallo and guacamole through the website. When I received my order, it came with everything on it. I asked them to remake it with the ingredients I originally requested, but they made the nachos with pork instead of chicken. The pork tasted disgusting and I couldn’t even eat the nachos.
I even left a tip and now I regret every penny. The customer service was completely bad. If you’re looking for a place to spend your money, please save it. This restaurant clearly doesn’t care about their customers or providing good service.

just walked in to try & order to not be greeted, given a horrible attitude by the girl at the counter and told “we’re busy.” i asked if they were still taking orders and she said “yup, but it will be a 45min wait.” proper way to handle a stressful situation & still provide good customer service would have been to tell someone off rip “good evening, we are not currently taking orders” get it together people.

Ordered chips and guacamole and when I arrived home the guacamole was brown. The associate saw it when she placed it into my bag and should have known better to sell the product. Moving fwd I will make sure I check my paid for food before leaving the premises. Can’t trust anyone these days.
