I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience. The person who took my order was very rude—when I asked for crema, she insisted that sour cream and crema are the same, which was already frustrating.
I ordered al pastor and chicken tacos, and unfortunately, they were bland, lacking in quality , lacking in flavor, and very poorly assembled. The quality did not reflect the price I paid.
To make matters worse, when I called to address the issue, the woman on the phone simply said, “No sé qué decirte, amor,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional.
I spent over $100 on this order, and the poor customer service and food quality were completely unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

This review is about a catering disaster. I’ve actually eaten at this location many times and never had a problem, so decided to get catering from them for a party on Dec. 5. I made the arrangements weeks beforehand and confirmed via email a couple days before. The delivery was supposed to be at 630pm, so around 645pm I called to check on it. The woman I spoke to at this location, which is where the catering was coming from, told me they had no record of my order. Uh, that’s bad. I called and texted the catering manager. At this point, guests had been arriving for awhile and we only had dessert for them to eat and no non-alcoholic drinks. The catering manager got back to me and admitted they had us on the calendar for the next day. To rectify their screw up, I spent time on the phone with him, taking me away from my guests. Some of my guests were so hungry they actually went out and got their own food which was humiliating, especially because the invitation said there would be food at the party. Two hours later the food finally arrived. I think the food was fine but I didn’t get a chance to eat any because my guests were so hungry they devoured it. The gallon of agua fresca we ordered was served in 16 oz cups so it was hard to share among the guests. I’m also not sure that we got everything we ordered because we didn’t have time to look it over. In the end, this catering error meant that I spent more time on the phone troubleshooting and apologizing to my guests than having fun at my own party.

The service and the way they sit ur food on a small counter where other customers are standing over ur food and its not being kept warm, is ridiculous!!!
The young lady today was very rude. They blast this music where u have to yell to place your order to be heard.
Invest in something that keeps customers food warm and where they can hold food til customers pick their orders up.

Food was terrible, I got steak tacos combo with rice and beans. Picked it up and food was cold. Rice and beans were hard and dry and tacos barely had pico on them. Steak was also dry. First and last time ordering from them.

Quaint spot. I liked my chicken tacos with just the lime but the green sauce took it to the next level. The agua frescas looked good too but I wasn’t able to try them. Friendly but unobtrusive service. Would recommend especially to-go.

Many taquitos. Decent value for the price. The milanesa sandwich was a highlight with a lot of flavors. The taquitos were nicely individually wrapped.

Very basic tacos, with blend chicken, onions and some cilantro. They give salsa verde, but that’s nit to add flavor to these tacos. Some sort of chili sauce or guacamole would certainly help. The good part is I got 4 tacos for $9.
My friend had the steak sandwich, didn’t like it either, it was too greasy for him.
The restaurant is very tiny, barely enough room to seat 3 people, so plan to do take out, if you really want to get food from here.

I order from this place all the timefor YEARS! From Uber Eats, to just in the neighborhood. I loveeeeeeed this place but this is the 3rd fk up..and I wasn’t having it.
Then I called and the girl acted as if I was wrong for being upset that I received rotten food.
I WILL NOT ORDER FROM YOU ANYMORE.
Update- Bloomfield location is amazing. they give u fresh tacos,etc…the meat is plentiful,clean and helpful A+

the food is honestly meh, i ordered a chicken burrito and I received rice burrito with chicken flavor, i also got a Tamarindo agua fresca, for a restaurant that labels themselves as ‘authentic Mexican food’ it tasted like a Tamarindo quick mix instead of the actual brewing of the Tamarindo fruit. Now this is not bashing the restaurant, if you like Mexican food i will definitely tell you to go get your food from them, but if you’re looking for flavorful food that comes close to the Mexican culture, this would not be my place to visit.
