Sooooo the meat in the burrito was so dried out it’s not chewable. It’s almost like they chopped up beef jerky and threw it in there, except the beef jerky would have more flavor. The tacos were really good, the beef quesadilla had no complaints. And the rice a beans were tiny but good. This was my first time trying them and more than likely last unless i want tacos.

I’m honestly so upset writing this because we have been loyal customers for the a little over a year now but tonight they have completely lost our business. We order our usual, the quesobirra plate. I asked for the onion and cilantro to be put on the side. We got our order, ran by McDonald’s for our child then drove the 30 minutes home. We got home to see that they didn’t even add the onion and cilantro, first annoyance. We began eating and almost immediately my husband and I both made a funny face and spit out the first bite we took. It was nothing but a big chunk of gooey fat! We tried to pick around it but that was literally the whole taco. It was nothing but fat. After inspecting the others, it was the same thing! I called back to ask for a refund because I was highly disappointed. The woman wasn’t able to find my transaction. (My fault because I wasn’t aware I was giving the wrong numbers in the beginning) she said she’d have to call her boss and before I could give her a callback number she hung up on me. I waited about 10 minutes then ultimately decided to drive the 30 minutes back up there to take the food to show them and get a refund in person. When I arrived I explained everything again and the gentleman working asked to see the food. I gave him the box back that contained the food plus what I had spit out in it. He went to the side where I could no longer see him and had a conversation with the woman working in Spanish. He then shows me a STEAMING HOT taco and said there is no fat on these. I was literally amazed considering this taco had quite literally been sitting for over an hour and a half at this point but yet was steaming hot. After standing firm on I want a refund they ultimately obliged and refunded me back $24.. my total original was $31.60 because we had also gotten one elote cup as well. ($4!) So my true total should of been $28 but was charged extra for using a card and then punished for asking for a refund. So I spent $7.60 for a $4 item. Beware they are very sneaky at changing prices and they do not charge correctly for the cost advertised on their truck. And if they do offer a refund they will still rip you off. It was upsetting to be treated like that when they are normally very friendly. But after this we will not be back. And we do not recommend.

This place hits every single time. Birria tacos are sensational and the consome so good you wanna drink it. The asada fries are also delicious. Hands down favorite taco place in Harrah.

Absolutely disgusted to find HAIR IN THE FOOD!! Literal hair with a hair follicle still attached in the fresking food!! It was human bc it was CURLY . So repulsive. Someone isn’t wearing their hairnet so be careful and don’t waste your money

Me and my husband ate here the last 2 days in a row. Their asada fries are hot and delish! We also got pork tacos, birra tacos and chicken Fajitas. Everything we got is worth getting again. Hot and fresh! We will be back..but not tomorrow.
