If you’re looking for the best birria tacos in Wichita Falls, then look no further. Taqueria Los Cuates is a food truck located in an open and spacious parking lot. You can call ahead and order or order in person. The food is made to order and it’s very fresh. I had some carne asada tacos, the birria plate, and a cup of elote and it was all delicious. The birria tacos were amazing, however the rice and beans weren’t that great. The elote was really good as well and the carne asada tacos were just ok. I would definitely come back for some more birria tacos. Also, bring cash unless you have Cashapp as those are the only two forms of payment.

My new go-to taco truck. Their street tacos are delicious and the red sauce they give you is verrry spicy. My favorite is the chicken taco but they usually sell out of those pretty early. On Tuesdays some of the tacos are $1.50 each.

Taco Tuesday is ok- they are a good taco for $1. But, the tortillas are straight out of the bag and they only had the one salsa roja, no verde. The Al Pastor was good, but not the best in the area. HOWEVER- they are open at 5pm, much later than taco shops here, that gets them 4 Stars. But, before 3pm, they are a 3 Star taco. Cash only.

Kind of disappointed with our lunch today. I ordered 10 Carne Asada tacos for me and my 2 daughters. The meat was cold and dry, they didn’t even try to warm it up. It tasted like left over meat too, just disgusting. Very disappointed with my order.

Day before yesterday. Asada tacos were bland, like little to no seasoning. Beans tasted burnt. Rice was Was disappointed as I was hoping to have this regularly. Might come back and try a different item. We all have bad days. Off to try another truck and hopefully have better things to share.
