We order our food… no complains there.
Service was good until we asked for the check… he said they don’t split checks that it was on the door. Waiter said didn’t you read the sign. It doesn’t have that specific sign at the door for no split checks.

Food was good, service not the best. Cash only, but they have credit card machines. At the door signs says a 5% fee for card used, or cash, atm available, we waited 15mnts because they said they where putting money into the atm, which was a lie. Waiters ask the person behind the machine if we could pay with CC she said no have them take money out of atm when it is up, tool the walk down the street to chase bank to het cash. I dont think this place is part of comales because everything had different name. Like the register.

Our visit to this Los Comales location did not meet our expectations. There was a guy at the door who was talking to himself and dancing with headphones in when we entered. We weren’t sure if he worked there at first because he didn’t acknowledge us or say anything so we walked past him. He ended up seating people very sloppily after us.
The waitress seemed pretty irritated that we were in there. She only came by twice to take the order and serve the food and that was it. The place was not busy.
There were multiple outside solicitors who came into the restaurant to sell things, which was surprising and unnecessary, especially since they had the “bouncer” guy at the door.
The food was bland and simple, unlike the Bridgeview location. We only came to the Burbank location because Bridgeview is temporarily closed.
We waited awhile for the check that never came, so we got up and went to the register to pay. The people behind us in their booth had the check handed to them at their table so that whole process was pretty confusing.
The music was kind of loud and there were ad breaks every few songs. At one point, someone must have clicked a DIY video instead of a music video. Instead of changing it, they just let it play.
It was a very odd experience at this restaurant and I personally will not be returning. The food was not worth the price and the service was pretty bad.

I’ve always enjoyed El Los Comales, and I brought three compañeros for lunch. It was their first time with the salsa bar—pruebas de salsas frescas. The chicharrones and fideo were included. Their al pastor—sin trompo—had authentic piña flavor. I love the tripas, crispy. The owner nos trajo salsas frescas and treated us like family. At $22.50 each, we ate well—¡volveremos!
This was the first time I’ve eaten a good meal after many days being sick from food from a McAlisters Deli. Never have I’ve gotten sick from Los Comales. Food is fresh. Prepared correctly to order and delivered to our table without delay. Love it!

I really appreciated the friendly service here. Even though I came in just 20 minutes before closing, she greeted me with a nice smile and took my order without any hesitation. I asked if it was okay to order at that time and mentioned I could get it to go. She kindly said it was no problem and even told me I was welcome to stay and eat.

My husband and I visited this location on Tuesday, December 9th around 7pm. Our waiter was sooo friendly, funny and attentive. The food here is always delicious and today the service was amazing! I wish I had asked our waiter for his name but forgot to. He had on black glasses and a black hat. Will definitely come back to this location again! Thank you for the remarkable service!

Waiter asked if we wanted to start with something to drink, we ordered water and were immediately told they only had bottled water! Food was greasy and not that good. When our check came, we were charged $7 per bottle ×2 for water. When we mentioned the price, we were told the water cost $2! How were we charged $7 twice then? CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS BEFORE PAYING YOUR BILL!!
