Fish taco was not good at all! Parking not the best. They are stingy with napkins and salsa’s. The Jamaica drink was better than horchata and Agua de pepino. I recommend the Mexicana quesadilla and the taco de fundido de asada but the salsa is not the greatest at all! Outside dining table btw…

This is a hit or miss spot for a dollar taco on Tuesdays. It was my second time here and they luck out on the seasoning for the asada tacos. It was a bummer because the first time it was yummy and super worth the value. If you are hungry for a quick bite but don’t want to cause a hole in your wallet this is your place. They are also picky on giving out sauce.

Warning!
Their wet burrito comes with Extra Spicy Red sauce. (Go with green. It might be better)
I ate two bites and my tongue was on fire. So I ordered a small guacamole and asked some sour cream on the side and they charged me $13.24… almost another wet burrito right there…
Still I couldnt finish the burrito. And the next day I realized I shouldn’t have eaten it at all. I had a runny stomach and a bad burning sensation with acid reflux that put me in a bad position at work and at home for one week.
Hey when I get a hot chicken or spicy Ramen I know what I am getting and the restaurant usually warns the consumers in some way. But I didn’t get any warning. I was just ordering a wet burrito that I usually enjoy at many other Mexican restaurants. No one said it was extra spicy or just spicy or picoso, just nothing. And I was so hungry that evening I didn’t think about just tossing some fresh food I just purchased. As you can tell, I had a disturbing week with my stomach situation… won’t be coming back.

I have been here a few times and never disappointed. They deserve a review and today I got a mulita. This is a place where they make it with real masa, I loved that. They cater to you, I asked for a thick tortilla instead of thin and they got it! Their meat (pastor) was good, not salty or over seasoned, presentation is always great and outstanding customer service. Overall all, authentic good Mexican food!

I wanted to like this corner taco shop, the tacos were good, the salsa worked in synergy with the meat it was good, the issue was the water. I personally love agua de limon con pepino. Is a lemonade with cucumber, when done right is refreshingly delicious. Last night it wasn’t, it was water down and the worst part was that it was rancid. I never take food back because I personally witnessed how rejection is handled in the restaurant business.
I didn’t complain… walk away with a weird taste in my mouth.

The asada tacos here are incredible. They are served with a lemon wedge & sliced radishes. They ask for red or green salsa I asked for red.on Tuesday tacos are 99 cents. Come here to feed your family & enjoy tasty food.
