Hello everyone welcome back this place is great for breakfast lunch and dinner they have some excellent non-meat dishes that will fill you up and we also have some soup dishes if you don’t want nothing fried or dipped in oil try the chicken soup

In 90s Concord/Clayton, this place was one of the first Mexican restaurants, and today still known amongst folk as lit. A 25+ year vet Mex spot in Concord/Pittsburg/Pleasant Hill tends to be worth tasting/value awesome, and all who knew an SF/Oak spot/spin off (ex. El Faro in SF v El Faro in Concord) knows the better version of burrito/taco/quality etc is here (Concord, P Hill, W C, Pitt).

Current favorite is the chile verde + lengua chimichanga (pictured).

We got several types of tacos. Meat was stale, chips had oil and smell in them. They nickle and dime for spinach tortilla and adding extra salsa. They charge for credit card usage even for $45+ check. Won’t come back and don’t recommend this place.

Are cheeseburger didn’t come with lettuce tomato onions even though it says so on the menu that you order a burger that comes with all that and if you get a cheeseburger they add two pieces of cheese well the dumb cook didn’t realize that. They forgot our tostada so I had to go back and get it and they didn’t put any cheese on it almost like they are punishing us. The hamburger meat was horrible tasted like it was 10 days old. And my Alambres is supposed to have bacon in it which it did not. I don’t think the cook even knew the menu. At least the pico de gallo is good. Their rice was a little salty but good and their refried beans were tasty.

It’s a small spot next to several other stores, including McDonalds. Come on a Tuesday and have inexpensive tacos. I love the burritos, and all the meat choices are excellent! The staff is friendly and there is generally a good place to sit and watch futball on the TV. This is good food at a good price without all the displays!

I’ve been coming here for over 20 years before that is building was at Taco Bell that I always went to also but the food’s amazing it doesn’t matter what you order great atmosphere you can eat on the patio or in best chips in town best salsa bar the staff makes you feel very welcome and they’re very attentive towards your order great place to eat I have highly recommend Taco Tuesday tacos are always loaded I get Menudo con pata from time to time as you can see in the picture it’s amazing
