My husband and I had them cater our baby shower this last weekend. The food was absolutely phenomenal and they were so kind and kept checking to see if anything else was needed.
Everyone that came thoroughly enjoyed the food and lemonade, and when they came to offer last call before they packed up, multiple people ran for the chance to get one more plate!
My only regret was not asking for tubs of their salsa and guacamole before they left.. it truly was THAT good!
We will definitely be using them again for events in the future.
If you haven’t tried them yet, you are missing out! This needs to be your next lunch spot.

Food is greasy and bland, and the staff had the audacity to ignore me when I greeted them and then asked for a tip! What a joke. Also $15 for a soggy quesadilla is WILD.
Get it together holyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

Not going to lie was not impressed to start with. We ordered the quesadilla and tacos because the menu board said tacos were $1/taco, but they were actually $3/taco. They did not honor the written board price or explain why it said it was $1. However, my gf says these might have been best tacos she’s ever had in Tri Cities. They not only tasted great, but were so nicely put together and looked like they cared about their food. The tacos also came with the salsa on top, so if that’s something you don’t like, might want to ask for it on the side. My quesadilla also had great flavor for the adobada meat. Highly recommend.

The food was absolutely delicious here. I ordered quesadillas de barbacoa, it came with salsa on the side and sour cream. Veggies on the side too. The salsa was really good and paired well with the quesadillas. Same with the sour cream. The meat was just absolutely delicious, it melts in your mouth most of the time and the flavor was amazing. And the prices match the quality and flavor of the food. 10/10 would eat here again and i recommend it.

I work on Edison and was so happy to see them close by. I had chicken tacos and was a little nervous when they asked I wanted cheese in my tacos so I said no and got delicious, authentic street tacos. The salsas were soooo good (I got red and green) and you could tell the tortilla is homemade and fluffed up when cooked. The tortilla is bigger than most food trucks nowadays and there was rábanos, cholea, and caramelized onion on the side so all in all it was a filling meal. 10/10

The seasoning of the tacos is very bad almost looks like red 40 on the taco meat, I threw up the food.
The Mexican older couple were very friendly, but food is bad, I’ve tried their food at the badger canyon apartments and as well as wheat head and it was not good.

They came to my work today and posted up in the lot.
Incorrect pricing on the board. 16.00 for a frickin burrito? No thanks. Strike one.
There were two people standing there already ordered.
My buddy orders. Ok. Fine.
I get up to order. You have to wait. The kids are here to pick up their food
Huh??
Then a guy that works at the college told me I had to wait. Strike two.
This was for the kids. They were here for the kids.
I said moneys money let me order and I can wait.
The guy again tells me that I have to wait.
Rude? The guy in line doesn’t own the wagon. The guy working it could have taken my order and just had shut his mouth. Strike three I’m out. I won’t ever eat here.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Taqueria los 3 Amigos. A new local food truck in the area.
Firstly, let’s talk about the barbacoa tacos. The barbacoa tacos were simply outstanding. The meat was tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Each bite was a delightful combination of rich flavors that left a lasting impression. The tacos were well-balanced, and the meat was cooked to perfection. If you’re a fan of barbacoa, I highly recommend giving these tacos a try.
On the other hand, the adobada tacos did not quite live up to the same standard. While they were certainly tasty, they fell short in a couple of areas. Firstly, the adobada tacos were a bit on the greasy side, which detracted from the overall. It’s worth noting that taste preferences can vary, and what may be too greasy for one person might be just right for another.
Overall, it is a solid choice for your taco cravings, particularly for their mouthwatering barbacoa tacos.
Highly recommend.

My community college would have them often for Taco days. The cooks didn’t wear gloves at all touching the meat and toppings with bare hands. I wouldn’t recommend them, no proper hygiene and the tacos didn’t have much flavor.

I waited outside the food truck for about 5 minutes until someone came out after the third hello to see if someone was inside, the guy was just not courteous and was just like get to the point kind of person, so customer service is a 1 or even a 0 for me, but the food I mean it was DELICIOUSLY GREAT!! I got a torta asada and it was on point fresh veggies with a crispy bun, meat was seasoned well and it was just delicious, also had the asada tacos and they were just great handmade tortilla with everything on them even cheese on the tortilla it was so good so food is 10/10 recommended just need to work on their customer service!.
