My wife and I came to try this place out. I got three of their tacos with handmade tortillas, and they were great. The three salsas they brought out all had real good flavor. My wife got the asada torta, and she loved it as well, and the bread tasted like it was freshly made.

Went in because my girlfriend wanted some pozole, and I didn’t know where to grab some that was close by. Called Los 2 Plebes, and they had some fresh to order. When I arrived, the young lady greeted me and knew who I was because I had called earlier. After I ordered, and as I was waiting, she came to me with a small cup of frijoles charros. They were so delicious and took me straight back to when I was young and my mother used to make them for me. When I got home, the pozole was piping hot. It had all the fixings with onion, cabbage, limes, radishes, and hard shell corn tortillas. The beef was absolutely tender, and the soup was savory and delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back as soon as I can. I definitely recommend this small gem here in Hemet / San Jacinto.

Their cooked to order food is amazing great service their tortas are to die for and they use queso Monterey and fresco and put nopales (cactus) in their food which is one of my favorite things ever, glad we found this place and it will most def be one of our regular eats

I’ve been coming here for months and wow, I love the people, they treat you like your family. I wish I could come every day and I nearly do. The tacos are SO GOOD. And the charros soup is SO SO GOOD. I love it here and it is the best food you can get around here. 100000/10!!!

While the “atmosphere” is not the best, the food was on a different level. I got the chicken and asada “taco doble” with cilantro, nopal, and onion. Salsa on the side with a Coke. MAN! Let me just say that the tortillas made the experience that much better tasting. You want REAL taste, come here.

Edit: After multiple visits over the last year, this is still my favorite place to get a bite to go after visiting family. I really love the consistency and the flavor. Reminds me of the first time I had carne asada.
