The flavor was ok. Service excellent. The location was clean and convenient to park at. One of our carnitas tacos was loaded with a very large chunk of fat. The beef tacos had to be picked through of the small chunks of fat. The bread on the torta was very thin. I expected toppings on the tacos like cilantro and radish. Overall, 3 star.

This is absolutely my favorite place in Pullman to get a delicious lunch for a great value. It’s located right along the paradise creek trail which is great if you want to grab something to eat while you walk. The best time to go is on Tuesday when the tacos are only $1.38. They do have an upcharge if you’re paying with a credit card so be sure to bring cash

I had been wanting to try this place for awhile. But after doing so it was a huge letdown. Tacos were fairly generic and bland with too little flavor. Sauces were just run-of-the-mill. There was nothing about the tacos to get excited about or come back for.
Nice people with great service, but they need to focus more on the product.
The location is a little difficult to get into if you’re not paying attention. And if you eat at the picnic tables there, the cars pulling in and out constantly kick up dust all over your food.
On top of all that, it’s a bit pricy.

Ive been to this location a few times, their Tacos could be better filled, and the burritos could use a bit more filling and seasoning. Much better than the other truck/cart by Rosaures. But plz step up the flavor and not keep raising prices when your not giving more quantity or quality.
