Taqueria Las Chaparritas was the perfect stop on our way to Yosemite. The quesabirria and all the taco varieties were delicious. There was ample covered outdoor seating that was clean and even included hand wash station! The food was fast, and the staff were also very friendly. I’d highly recommend it if you’re looking for a quick, tasty bite!

Chips and salsa were good. Ordered from a huge lunch menu. Polo Loco w charro beans and Smothered Burritos. The portions are huge! Both orders were awesome. Get the charros for sure!

Las Chaparritas is a food truck in Oakdale, on the freeway to Yosemite. I ordered a quesadilla con asada, and the seasoning was very flavorful. The truck is in a parking lot with a covered seating area and a portable sink for washing hands after enjoying its delicious tacos.

I got a to-go shrimp super burrito for around 11$. It came with 4-5+ shrimps. The side veggies are not over grilled which I prefer to the over grilled ones.

Las chaparritas food truck in Oakdale next to the grocery outlet store has a variety of Mexican food. I have tried the tacos, menudo, pozole, and quesadillas, and everything has excellent taste. The girls are very friendly and they have a canopy with tables and chairs to enjoy our food. I totally recommend this food truck, they won’t disappoint you!
