Best tacos I’ve had in the Boise/garden city area. Staff was super nice, restaurant clean, food was great. Prices were great too, under $3 a taco.

Everything I wanted my Mexican burrito to be!!! Carne Asada, beans, rice, onions and cilantro all wrapped in a house made fresh fired tortilla. Absolutely delicious and huge for $10. As a DoorDash driver I’ve picked up several deliveries from this restaurant and my orders are always ready and sometimes I deliver them many miles away. Very happy. I will return very often.

Came here for lunch today and really enjoyed the food. It’s probably the most authentic Mexican restaurant we’ve been to here in Boise, we miss the Mexican food in California.

My husband had the pozole and it came out piping hot. He loved it!
I had the shredded chicken nachos and it was amazing! Highly recommend the shredded chicken, it was saucy and had great flavor!

The quesabirrias were good, not amazing but I enjoyed them.
Will definitely come back and try more items.

Best mexican in boise. I had the diablo shrimp (something la daibla) it was great, and spicy. My wife had the quesidillas with carnitas they were nice and cheezy and had a good amount of meat. We had to take some food home.

This is a decent little Mexican restaurant. The place was clean and the people at the counter were friendly and informative. I had the Birria Tacos which were good. The meat was tasty and the Birria was good.

Overall, this is a decent place that I would visit again.

So disappointed. We love Mexican food and were very excited to try this place. There were no other cars in the parking lot when we arrived but still wanted to try this new place.
We ordered two orders of Mulitas Al pastor and two chiles rellenos. The kids got kids burritos.
Out total for the 4 of us came to Just over $50 before tip.
I almost cancelled the order when they took the chiles out and threw them in the microwave. I didn’t cancel and didn’t ask for a refund. It was our choice to eat here, we just won’t do it again. The beans taste canned, the rice was crunchy, the marinade for the Al pastor was canned enchilada sauce with canned pineapple. I would’ve rather had Taco Bell and I hate Taco Bell.

Their food is AWESOME and below the price point for their food and quick service. We enjoy going there or for take home. Please come to a family owned and operated as that means the money turns over 7 times within our community. 3988 w Chinden in garden city is the place.

Lots of good tacos here. I appreciate that they aren’t slinging out tacos within seconds because that means that they are taking time on the tortillas. Starting with the tortillas- very good! They are heated up we’ll and have just the right amount of oil, not dripping off of them but not dry at all.
The carne selection is pretty standard including a Lengua and Tripa.
Asada was better than a lot of the other asada I have had. The Adobada was ok, heavily marinated in small pieces, but that makes it a bit dry. Al Pastor was with the little bit of pineapple tang. Carnitas was good in the texture, juiciness, and flavor. And the Lengua starts out tasting very similar to most Lengua- but comes in at the end with a good flavor. If Lengua is your thing, you’ll need to try these.
Of those tacos, carnitas was the winner.

There is a mini fridge with salsa containers, a few different types. Green is very mild, red has a bit of heat, And a green avocado salsa that was mild too. Next time I will ask for some grilled chilies.

Prices were all $2 to $2.50 depending on meat and there has a fairly normal amount of filling. Over all I’d say the price is average, not too expensive but not some crazy awesome bargain.

Worst pozole ever had. Asked for no bones, no fat. The plate u see is just that. Asked for more meat. If I’m paying $20.00 for soup it needs to be filling. Not only that, pozole meat shouldn’t require a fork and a knife to eat. Very sad day….
