Very happy we decided to try a bite from this place! I got three carnitas burritos and my husband got 3 al pastor. Loaded them up at the salsa bar and the rest was history. So delicious and authentic. The tortillas added to the amazing flavor! We will be back!

We ended up at this restaurant unexpectedly and are so glad we did! It was authentic and family-owned. We got the quesadilla and Al pastor + chorizo tacos. The portions were big and the food tasted great! They also have drink machines, we got horchata. There is also a bar with self-serve salsas and pico/cilantro/limes. We really enjoyed this restaurant and recommend it to anyone passing through Benson.

Honestly this is the most authentic Mexican food around, that I have found anyway. And for such a good price! My boyfriend ordered carnitas and a steak (asada) taco. The carnitas look and smell so good I’m actually a little jealous. The pork is tender yet crispy, and the fat was left in which is the best part he said. The steak on the taco looks good too. I ordered the enchiladas and a marinated pork (al pastor) taco. There were 4 large enchiladas, super fresh and delicious with dark meat chicken (pretty sure) which to me is even better, more flavor and less dry. I ate 3 and was stuffed and I’m no lightweight lady! The pastor taco was delicious too (okay I had to make room for that you know) but the tacos only had meat on them, but realized after I left the onions and lime and cilantro were probably on the salsa bar. I just didn’t look! Luckily the meat was all perfection — texture, flavor, el todo — so onion and lime were hardly needed. We paid about $25 for all of this food. I will be back, 1000 more times. Super happy this place exists! Pictures just don’t do it justice. If you are looking for autentico, I highly recommend this restaurant.

This spot here got the real food from Guerrero Mexico, I have the Red Enchiladas and let me tell you, DELICIOUS FOOD at a good price, come and taste the real Mexican food flavor, I am leaving happy with a full stomach!!!

Wow had an excellent lunch the carnitas we’re wonderful the seasoning spot on and there’s an added Plus the corn tortillas were homemade. The staff was super friendly and the food came out quick and piping hot. This is a small restaurant attached to a gas station convenience store it is not the fanciest place in the world but the food was excellent and I would gladly return again.

Carnitas plate comes with fresh made corn tortillas like it should . Tacos all good. Pico de gallo was fresh and crisp.
Rice and beans just like my home taqueria. Mexican Coke products and fresh horchata completed the meals.

First time going to la pasadita food was really good glad I found this Mexican restaurant The carne asada fries were pretty amazing too and you can put the ingredients you like (lemon onion cilantro salsa/sauce pickled onions and more)(the tacos were plain since they were for my kids)
