Highly recommend this restaurant! Ordered the new margarita flight. 2 of the margaritas being their holiday special. Very good margaritas! The manager came by and ask me how I liked the flight. Told her I liked them very much. Enjoyed talking to her & her concern to ask for feedback on the drinks! She’s a great manager!

Amazing as always!
I used to work off Trinity so we were here all the time. I moved away several years ago and haven’t been here since. We stopped here on the way to a show at the Georgia Theater and I was so happy to find out it was still consistently delicious, the servers were all very friendly. We sat at the bar and the bartender was fantastic!

I just recently moved to Athens and was in need of a good Mexican restaurant and found this gem! After searching for a good Mexican place I finally found one that was the best that I have had from Georgia all the way to Nevada! My mom is obsessed, I am obsessed, everyone should be. Thank you for giving outstanding service and food countless times! This is the only Mexican restaurant that I will give my business to from here on out.

My new favorite Mexican restaurant in Athens. Hot food that is delicious and well prepared. Great margaritas, super friendly service!
We were invited by some friends and really had a great experience. We’ve been there twice now. Both times we had excellent service and food. Flor and Edward were our servers. Super attentive, but not intrusive.
We tried a wide variety of entrees and everybody enjoyed them. One surprise was the shrimp cocktail. It’s almost like a ceviche for shrimp. Served Cool and packed with shrimp.
Plenty of fresh chips and salsa.
The burrito was piping hot and excellent. I got it with rice and beans and they were all delicious.
The atmosphere is casual. It’s an older location but clean and cozy. Lots of interesting artwork on the walls.
There is plenty of parking. There’s not much going on in the shopping center other than la parrilla. But it’s worth the trip!

We went for lunch around 11:30 am and it wasn’t too busy just yet. I ordered the pocco loco which is rice, chicken and queso. It normally comes as normal cut chicken but they have shredded chicken and I usually request that instead. Between that and a drink, my bill was roughly $15. The server, Natalie was very polite and always smiling. Our food came out hot and correct which goes a long way in my book! Overall, good experience. I recommend there and plan to go back.
