First time visitor here. I work all over the Chicagoland area and always trying new taco spots and this was no different. I was greeted very politely and asked to take a seat anywhere. No wait time at all and the front lady brought a menu,chips and salsa on the house which is always a plus.
The chips were fresh and the salsa was freshly made and still warm to the touch.
I had an horchata to drink and it was very delicious. For food I got 2x Al pastor,1 Lengua and 1x steak.(Steak taco not shown in picture). Lengua was very delicious. Tortillas were good and had a crisp to it. The steak and al pastor not so much,which made me sad because I really wanted to like them. The steak had a normal steak texture but no flavor whatsoever. The al pastor tacos tasted reheated and not fresh.If you had reheated taco meat before you know what the taste and smell is. Overall place was very friendly, the vibe was ok nothing special. I went on a Friday around lunch time and place was dead,only one table was busy and a few people sitting at the bar.Most importantly the food was not great,only meat that was good was the Lengua. I will not be coming back here and would not recommend this place, there is taco spots on every block so finding good tacos is not hard.

Clean well maintained restaurant with great customer service. The food was very good. I bought a empanada it was wonderful. The menu has a good selection of Mexican cuisine.

Just had a torta which was delicious. But the chips and salsa were fire!!! Super spicy. Ate it all, also have bags with spicy peanuts which are addicting. Loved it.

First time dining here and it was to-go. Man. The food was phenomenal. The rice and beans were so FRESH. Love that. The meat in my torta was so good and the way they cut the mean was legit. I dislike getting cubed carne asada. Salsa was also very tasty (green salsa).
Horchata was also very good! Would try other drinks for sure next time.

Had a craving for some gorditas and came across this place and honestly if you want some gorditas don’t even bother with this place because the gorditas were basically a taco just different tortilla. It only comes with the meat of choice and cilantro and onion, that’s it. The only plus about this place is their meat is very soft it taste like arrachera. But I wouldn’t go back to this place.

I’ve given this place the benefit of the doubt..8 times. They have messed up my order 6 of the 8 times that I’ve gone here. I’m a quiet customer, I would rather review this place where it matters most and that’s online, because I know that taking my matters up with the management won’t matter at this point. I live very close to this location and I like to grab a bite to eat for dinner after work, however, I will not be coming back here again. I just placed another order today and they couldn’t get this one right so that leaves me to bring my voice to the review section. This place needs an overhaul with their personal service, to their chefs, it’s not professional.
