Its a little taco truck in Littlerock Washington. Very good authentic Mexican food. My husband had the lingua burrito and I had the tacos. The lingua wasn’t tough or chewy and the tacos had the right amount of cilantro on it. It wasn’t overwhelming. Just really good food at a reasonable price.

This is not a sit down restaurant. It’s a taco/etc truck. Really good, lots of menu items. They give you a pager while you wait in your car and beep you when it’s ready. A little spendy but good enough to come back again the next day.

I wasn’t expecting much, but I had one of the most flavorful burritos I’ve had in my life and I grew up in a place where there’s a lot of great Mexican food. I was disappointed that they didn’t have lengua that day and contented myself with Barbacoa while my friend had pollo asado. Enormous burritos, even leaving off beans, which I unfortunately can’t eat. A two meal burrito. Tons of meat. Not for anyone on a diet. And also completely delicious… Even when we were stuffed, we kept trying to eat more because I swear they are completely addictive. Juicy.

I have been getting tamales here when the older guy works. But the last few times there has been a young guy working and messed up our orders and that was after telling him 4 or 5 times what we wanted and you could tell that the tamales were microwaved, they were over cooked and very dry. First time I’ve had them without some sauce and sour cream and guacamole. $22.00 for microwaved dry hard food was not ok.

The food was excellent. We had a lengua burrito and a carne asada burrito. The meats were so tender and seasoned very good. The drinks could have been colder but it was fine. They have great outdoor seating for a food truck and lots of parking. Take a hike at Mima Falls then enjoy a delicious meal.

Looks a little run down but the tacos were tasty. Side portions could be bigger.

The regular burritos are great! I could personally do with maybe a little more veg in them, but they’re 100% a solid option. I have yet to try the other burrito option though, so maybe that’s what I need to go for, as the other one comes with avocado & sour cream.

The carne asada plate was also devoured quickly, so that’s great too!

Edit: The barbacoa is absolutely out of this world—literally the whole family loves it!

We have eaten there several times and love the food. But today, Thursday Jan 11th, they where closed before 630. They say there open to 8pm. This is the second time in the last few weeks they had been closed early. This time we drove out from tumwater just for there huge barito and big let down. Maybe we will call a head next time.

Good Mexican style food at a good price. Fast service for tasty and filling food. The truck is super easy to spot and there’s plenty of parking. Picnic tables are available for you. Menu consists of standard gringo Mexican food such as tacos, burritos, and others with veg, beef, chicken, or shrimp.
