Very cool place, the tent where you eat has a/c so it’s perfect for hot summer days. Highly recommend the bistek tacos and the tamarind water. Very welcoming hospitality

Had the chicken quesadilla and the torta cubana. Quesadilla was good and the torta is huge and heavy. Both the red and green salsas are good, not too spicy. Went at 11:30 a.m. on a Friday. Was the only customer there. The owner was nice and his customer service is on point. Plenty of seating under a carport. Will be going back to check out other items on the menu.

So like most people, if you pass by it enough times you will eventually stop and so we did on Friday night around 10 PM. It was cold and didn’t want to eat on the car so we took it home. For $20 we got 3 brisket tacos, 1 brisket quesadilla, and 1 mexican coke, a must-have, right? The food was still hot when we got home. The red and green sauces were tasty. Hate to say it but, for us both, we didn’t taste anything “special” to set them apart or above other trucks. In the photo of the quesadilla on the truck wall, I thought it would be the same, but it wasn’t just meat and cheese. Just not for us.

Unfortunately I was not happy with the menudo or tacos menudo taste water down barbacoa was dry and cold I thought it was going to be good cuz it seems to have a lot of people in and out but I should have know it wasn’t cuz the clienteles was not of Spanish culture that would know good food

the most delicious fajita torta and orange agua fresca! it came with two spicy sauces. they do have a nice, shaded eating area that is free from flies, but i took it to go for work

our tacos came completely dry, no garnishment were put on ANY of our 18 tacos, torta bread overpowered the meat. I am really disappointed.

This place has the best pastor that I’ve ever eaten. The hot sauce is fantastic as well. If you like spicy, tell them you want the spicy sauce and you will not be disappointed. The flavor is great and pairs perfectly with the pastor tacos. I can’t wait to come back and try more things on the menu! Once I opened my tacos up, they looked so good that I completely forgot to take a picture and I immediately started to dig in. I will be visiting again soon and will try to post some pictures of the food. La Chona lives up to the hype!
