Absolute best place in Miami to get food! If I’m hungry my brain goes straight to this taco truck. Amazing food and super nice workers:) asked them to load me up on carrots and they did not misunderstand one bit

Ordered the Pastor Tacos with beef and it was delicious. Flavors and experience were great. I was going to take a picture but, the scent convinced me to bite one taco and clearly it was gone . Did get a photo of the menu for everyone…

First and foremost, the birria tacos are a must try from Taqueria La Canasta. It is the number 6 on their menu posted on the food truck. The birria taco are the only thing I tried from here so I am basing my rating on that with 5 stars.
I will say, the number 6 only comes with 3 tacos and that honestly was not enough, I wish I would have also ordered rice and beans on the side as well. However, the tacos themselves are still worth 5 stars on flavor alone and when dipped in the consome’ sauce they are even better! I also appreciate that the birria is a beef based dish here (asked upon ordering) as it may be served at some places as pork or lamb.
Overall, I do plan on eatting here again and I will try more things and update this review at that time. I highly recommend trying the birria tacos. If you’re in the area, check them out!

They’re delicious- I love everything I’ve ordered here. They’re well priced for what they serve. They’re not shy when it comes to good portions! Quick with service and polite. I craved this a ton while pregnant and it was perfect Everytime! I recommend #6 & #8 #10

Our first time there tonight. Great food and great people. There was quite a crowd which is always a good sign. We brought some home for the kids, and they loved it, too. We will definitely be back!

Food is absolutely delicious! Even though it was a to-go container it still looked JUST like the picture! Presentation 5 stars! Taste 5 stars! Atmosphere…it’s a food truck. But there’s a table to eat at. Decent prices too. I’m definitely going back, but I live in Missouri so not all the time.

9 pm on Valentines Day. Pulled in and had the best reception. The food? Amazing. Co-worker got the asada tacos and I had an asada quesadilla. Both were phenomenal. Fresh, so tasty, salsa was amazing. Would 100% recommend.
