Order at the counter Mexican restaurant with limited parking. Chairs and tables were rather uncomfortable and poorly designed. Restaurant and bathrooms are clean and in good order. Service was good and fairly fast. Tacos were very good. Recommend.

Stopped here on my drive back home, to San Diego. The cashier was very friendly and gave great menu recommendations. Had the carne asada tacos and carnitas sope and tamarindo agua fresca. Sooo good. Couldn’t finish the sope, it’s huge!

First off, the food is fresh and delicious. I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars because my carnitas was a little dry, the seating is uncomfortable and the parking is chaotic at lunch time. All of that said, I will be back because the flavor of the food is great, my order came out quick and accurate, and the service was friendly. All-in-all, great lunch spot.

Imagine my surprise when a newly acquainted friend of mine – that I was kind of on a date with – surprises me with “Wah-lah!” this monumental gem of an establishment! What a wonderful surprise! As it turns out this was one of her main places for great food when she lived right here in the neighborhood! Yummy! I’m ready to go back! 🙂
